I ordered a combo pack of 3, one was absolute mush the other two held their shape fine. Great for low cal noodle replacement. Noodles don't taste like much, which is to be expected of a food that boasts 9 KCal per 100 grams. If you're going to use these noodles then use them in heavily sauced recipes to compensate for the bland flavour of the noodles, also avoid broths as the noodles don't actually take in any of the broth flavour. 3/5 only because I got two packets of noodles and one packet of mush

I absolutely loved these noodles. These are a must try. At first, upon opening the packet, the quantity looked so less. So, I decided to throw in lots and lots of veggies in the wok. I didn't boil/cook these noodles. Only took them out of the packet and added to a strainer and washed them thoroughly under running water. Then I just left them to dry out a bit. In the meantime, I sauteed lots of veggies and added chinese sauces to the wok and then added the shirtataki noodles. I only cooked for about 4-5 mins after this stirring continuously..please note that the noodles have absolutely no taste of their own. So we will have to added masala/sauces to develop whatever taste we wish for this dish.. And wolla, these came out as a real delight. These must be really full of fibre as our tummies very much full after having these. One packet is good for one person's serving. Downsides: Price is very high. I experienced few rounds to the washroom the next morning for pooping..seems like these helped me in clearing my bowels. But for a few people, these may not be suitable.

So i wash it thoroughly before i boil it a little. It doesn’t really soften up the noodle as such but i feel it cleans better. For anyone who’s on keto and has cravings for noodles, this is the closest you can get. For anyone who’s complaining about indigestion, you need heal your gut before your body can pass this insoluble fibre. If you consume less fiber in general, this could upset your stomach. For people on high fiber foods, you stomach is very much capable of handling these. Expensive but totally worth the splurge.
