These One A Day Men’s Daily Multivitamins are very tasty. The flavor is mixed berry—not my personal favorite, but it’s nothing I can’t take every day. That’s just a personal preference and has nothing to do with the quality of the vitamins themselves. The serving size is two gummies per day, taken with a meal. They have a smooth texture and are about the size of a fingernail. They’re dark red/purple in color and aren’t sticky at all when you put them in your hand, which is a nice bonus. I like taking these to help fill in any nutritional gaps from my diet, which realistically happens more often than not. The ingredients cover everything you need on a daily basis and I feel they help with my energy levels and overall mental health. I’ve been using this brand for many years and they’ve been consistent in quality. These are like a soft fruit snack. I found them to stick to my teeth with a flood of fruit leather and b vitamin taste. So nasty, but hey… that’s just like my opinion man. I love men’s 1-a-day gummies, just not this kind. One tastes like Haribo, the other coats your teeth with foul vitamin paste. That being said, it’s exactly the product it says it is so - 5 stars. Great value, well-known company of many great products, a needed daily supplement

The flavour is wonderfully tart- but could be less sweet. The texture isn't gummy-like; they break apart and dissolve easily. At first, I didn't like them- because of the sweetness and texture, but I came around…I like tart and they are that. They're a good bargain for a trusted brand.

Gross. That's all I need to say. They don't taste like fruit. They taste like suffering. They get stuck in your teeth (because yes, you /need/ to chew them.) and the taste gets worse with each moment as it envelops your entire mouth in sticky foul tasting goo that sticks around way past it's welcome. I can't imagine ever trying these again. Maybe you could use it if you have an immense distaste for taking pills but trust me the distaste of these might just make pills palettable. YUCK!

These are a great and tasty addition. The vitamins are great, they taste and smell like raspberry, they are not sticky so it's easy to get a 2 piece dose, and are easy on the stomach.
