If you’re like me and have tried so many different electrolyte powders only to be disappointed, buy these! Most of the ones I’ve tried in the past were either way too sweet, had a weird aftertaste, or were loaded with sugar. These are completely different. The flavor is balanced—not overly sickly sweet like others—and the fact that they’re sugar‑free makes them a huge win. I can drink them without feeling like I’m sipping candy water, and they still give me the hydration boost I need. They dissolve easily, don’t leave clumps at the bottom of the glass, and taste refreshing whether I’m using them after a workout, hiking, or just trying to stay hydrated during the day. I also appreciate that they don’t upset my stomach the way some other powders have. Overall, these electrolyte powders are a game‑changer. If you’ve been searching for something that’s effective, sugar‑free, and actually enjoyable to drink, this is the one to get!

I got the assortment to see which flavor I'd like best. None of them have that weird aftertaste from sugar alternatives and all the flavors are pleasant. I'm not a fan of passionfruit in general so that one was a neutral flavor for me. The raspberry is spot on for raspberry. The strawberry is miles better than Liquid I.V. The watermelon tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher. The peach tasted exactly how I hoped it would. The lemon-lime is like you made a lemon-limeade. My favorite was the tropical punch which felt like drinking a Capri Sun or Hawaiian Punch, and sadly isn't available outside the variety pack (that only gives you two of them). Aside from that my only dislike is that it leaves my mouth and throat feeling dry.

Bought these to try because other leading brands have a ton of sugar, sodium, and dyes. Not these! They are my new favorite additive to water. The ingredients are straight forward and I don't have to worry about crashing from too much sugar. I've been mixing them in my 22oz water bottle and the flavors are all good. It mixes into the water clear. My favorite is the passion fruit flavor, but every flavor is pleasant. They are not overly sweet like some powders I've tried and they don't leave a bad after taste in your mouth. It tastes like fruit water. I am a frequent swimmer and these really help me before and after my workouts. Usually I drink while I'm swimming and finish it off after my workouts, but lately I have been mixing them to bring to work so I have something other than plain water. They are good mixed with selzer and mineral water too. They have all the vitamin C you need in a day, plus some other very helpful vitamins and minerals. The size of the packet is convenient for on the go fits easily in a pocket, or keeping in your bag or car. They are also perfect for travel. I look forward to bringing them on my hiking trip next month. Highly recommend.

These taste terrible, maybe it's just me. That is all I can say about them. Update: I passed on the pouches that I did not drink to a friend of mine who took them to her office and put them in her desk. Her coworkers were always rummaging in her dress trying to find energy drinks and things like that because they needed that kind of thing and they found these. She told me that they were gone in less than a day and her coworkers love them. So maybe it's just me. I'm not sure what to do about the Stars because the people that I gave the other pouches to gave them rape reviews I'm not sure if I should raise the stars or not. It sounds like they would give it five stars unlike my one star review.

The best tasting electrolytes powder I’ve had yet! It’s sugar and stevia free so there’s no aftertaste, the fruit flavors come through perfectly, and doesn’t change the color of your water. There’s less ingredients than most brands, which means less is more. The individual packs are smaller than most brands, but I think it’s perfect for 32oz. I only use electrolytes packets for flavoring my water, not for rapid hydration, so this is perfect for me but maybe not for everyone.

yes, I love the electrolytes. It’s very good. I love every flavor. I definitely recommend it. It’s my second package and will buy more. It doesn’t have a lot of sodium. It does not give you a headache because some electrolytes can give you headache, fun too much sodium. It does not have that so it helps. I am on a diet and this is working for me. Very good.

They taste okay, and I guess they're effective at keeping you hydrated, kind of hard to tell until you pass out from thirst...anyway, there's something wrong with the packaging where the powder clumps in the sticks. That needs significant improvement as sometimes I don't get all of the product out of the stick. I gave these a shot due to the lower unit price of my usual brand, Jocko, but the flavor and consistency of Jocko is significantly better, so I'm going back to them.

Delicious flavors and great price compared to some of the bigger brands. They give the perfect boost to my water when I need those electrolytes.
