For the price this works amazing! I have a bad habit of overeating and not ever feeling full until it’s too late, even the first time I took one of these it was like I didn’t feel like I wanted to boredom eat. I was also worried they would make me nauseous, they do not! As far as the “fat burning” goes honestly I don’t believe any product that claims that since burning fat/ losing weight is about calories in/ out, but that’s not why I got this product, it was to help from over eating and then feeling bloated and nauseous, which that it does work for! But it does also help lower the calories in since im not eating just to eat.

I have been taking these as consistent as I can. I take 1 with lunch, and the other about 15 min before the gym (about 4.5 hours apart). After doing this for 2 weeks, I have noticed I have more of an energy boost right before the gym and my muscles can lift heavy weight for much longer without getting fatigued so quickly. It is important to note that if you have a slow metabolism from a low calorie diet it will take longer to feel these supplements working. My advice is to have 5 small meals a day, take these with meals or before a workout, a consistently have a high impact or weight training to really boost your results!
