The phone is elegant and great.
Today I received the AGM M10 phone. The phone is great and compact, I can put it in my front shirt pocket 😄 I bought it only for calls and using the radio. I don’t see the point of having a camera on this device. The camera isn’t practical, and the phone would be better without it.

AGM M10 Flip Phone. Waterproof, Dust proof and Drop-Proof. Compact MIL-STD-810H Rugged Phone with Dual SIM, FM Radio, and 128GB Storage. Pocket-Sized Durable Mobile. Overall pleased with this Phone. Build looks pretty good and up to the job. If you are looking for a rugged Phone that can take some punishment this may just be the one? By todays standards it’s fairly basic, however it does have a few things up its sleeve other Phones don’t! Waterproof, Dust Proof and Drop Proof! Haven't tested any of these attributes yet but it is designed to stand up to more punishment then phones from your normal suppliers. Lends itself well to the Outdoor Types or Construction Workers etc etc that need a Phone for the basics of making and receiving calls, and that are able to stand up to environments not normally suited to the everyday type. The 2.4” Screen is bright, clear and easy to read though it does take a bit of getting use to as Navigation is via the buttons rather then a Touch screen. The Phone is very pocket friendly coming in at just 138g. The 1200mah Battery is a good size and lasts a long time between charges. Other plus points. Dual Sim, 128g Storage, SOS, Camera, FM Radio and Front LED Notification of Calls, Messages and Battery Status. All in all this is a pretty good Phone. Suited to those that need something a bit more rugged, and are happy with a Phone to make and receive calls without too many frills!

This is a great basic, simple phone. Got for my elderly mother who has no want or desire for a smart phone. Just wants something she can take calls on and won't break when she drops it 5 times a day. And this fits the bill. Easy to use and setup. Strong and quality build. Comfortable to hold and use with clear labels and buttons. Recommended.

I got this as a backup for my ageing smart phone which may die at any time. It's like a time warp going back to StarTacs. It's funny though because it has expandable storage and I miss that. It has a battery that just pops out. Also a nice throw back. It's a shame the screen isn't really suitable for watching any of the media the expandable storage could hold! I wouldn't describe it as rugged at all. It feels quite plasticky and is lighter than you expect. Buttons all work well and are big and easy to push, even when wearing gloves. FM radio is a nice touch but not something I have tested extensively. Overall if you want a cheap replacement for a phone or just a phone you won't mind getting lost or broken, this is a decent option

I chose this phone for my 81 year old mother that can NEVER work any phone. I can’t tell you how many trips I’ve made to her house in the last 30 years to fix her phones or remotes. But this one has helped tremendously. It’s made VERY well. No one will break this one!! As far as its simplicity….. it is simple. There has only been one issue I’ve received a call about. she accidentally turned on the flashlight and couldn’t turn it off. The flashlight button is shared with another button and it confused her. Other than that it has been perfect for a highly confused and/or technically challenged person. It comes with the charging dock which makes charging for my mother with her dodgy hands so easy. No fiddling with a cable into the bottom of the phone. The SOS buttom is all setup for her incase she has any issues. My mother has had this phone a few weeks now and she feels down with the kids with this phone lol.

I requested this for an elderly relative in a care home. He's not PC literate, so a simple dumb phone would suit his needs for contacting our extended family. AGM stresses the ruggedness of their M10 and it certainly passed this test. I was with a nephew in our kitchen and he asked to have a look at it. I tossed it over, and he fumbled it, so it fell on the stone floor. It was not really a serious fall, and it didn't seem to damage it at all. It's rated MIL-STD-810H, a strength classification used by the US military. I thought M10 was a reasonable but basic mobile with just under a six-centimetre screen. The FM radio was a good idea and it has a headset jack. A dual SIM option, though I suppose this is included because other AGM mobiles use the same internal layout. The camera really is basic, reasonable if you want to take a snap as a future reference for something. It has a really good battery life at forty-eight hours plus, though that depends on usage. When closed, there are three symbols (phone, text, battery) that are notifications about the mobile's activity. The SOS option more or less implies this mobile is aimed at the elderly and they would certainly like the large numerical keys for making a call. Read the 'About this item' at the top of the page for the tech specs. No price on the page as I write this review but I think it's probably around seventy-five pounds.
