Works in my Moto G5s Plus on Boost.
When I first ordered this, it was what the web site said I needed for my Moto G5s plus to work on Boost. When I tried to activate it trying to keep my number the site said it had limited service in my area and would not continue with the activation. So I checked the site for the Sim card and now it shows a different card for the Moto G5s Plus. I then went to a Boost store (I was planning on trying to trade them the Sim card for the different one the site now says to use). BTW Boost stores charge $25.00 per Sim card, and charge $30.00 for activation. But the guy checked on his computer and after about 30 minutes got the Sim card I bought here to work with my number. I still got charged the $30.00 for activation (which is a rip off) all because the stupid web site would not activate the Sim card. But as far as working in the Moto G5s Plus it works great.

Description is wrong - Does not work in iPhone SE
The description on this item's page reads: "Apple Phones: iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S (Att, T-mobile not supported), iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S plus, iPhone 7(RED) Boost, iPhone 7(RED) BYOD (Att, T-Mobile not supported), iPhone 7 (Att, T-Mobile not supported), iPhone 7 Plus (Att, T-Mobile not supported), iPhone SE" Went to Sprint's website and this particular SIM is incompatible and I cannot complete the activation.

Great shipping, great product
Not much to say about a sim card except for the fact that its a sim card. It arrived a day before it was said to (arrived on the 14th of May and was said to arrive sometime between the 15th and the 20th). Highly recommend. works in my google pixel 1.

Worked with Moto X4. Needed to contact Sprint to activate.
I contacted Sprint Chat to tell me the proper sim card for my Moto X4. They directed me to this Sim card. Upon purchasing, the seller informed me there was sometimes an issue with the self online activation, but I could contact sprint to properly activate. I encountered this issue and contacted sprint, telling them this is common and they should be able to resolve on their end. Five minutes later, my phone was activated and works as expected. I think sprint will send you the sim card for free through their service if you call them and ask about a compatible sim card for a new phone.

Doesn’t come with SIM card remover tool
The only thing that made me take a star away is the simple fact that it’s a SIM card kit but it didn’t come with tools to remove SIM card only a SIM card so I wouldn’t call this a complete kit

No, it did not work with my brand new ...
No, it did not work with my brand new, unlocked phone. I had to go to Sprint and get one for free.

Waste of money.
Does NOT come with the Boost Mobile logo and won't work in a 4G Boost phone. Tried to return it, they make you send back the card and charge a dollar to mail you a return label...but they don't send the label. Total rip-off.
