I bought the berry flavor first and now I have ordered my second bottle. I will be ordering more bottles for my husband and me. The taste is bitter as described. I take it as a tea and sip it slowly. Hot water, vanilla , hibiscus tea and soursop as recommended by Camile Hayes on Facebook. My husband has to add a little honey to get it down. I did not like the taste but prayed that this is good for my body and a must. With God's help I am getting it down. Pros: better sleep, less bloat, calm, and less sugar cravings( I have an extremely sweet tooth) and cravings in general. It is also suppose to help with weight loss and I am waiting to see what happens in that area. Once you can figure out how to get it down for yourself, it will help your body.

I'll keep it short and sweet. I recommend having a chaser nearby when you immediately take this, because this does not taste good at all, but but but, that's the only downside. This stuff works immediately, you will crap your brains out, but you'll feel better than you've ever felt, no more stomach pains, no more bloated feeling, definitely will no longer be backed up, this stuff stays with you. You'll get more bang for your buck! This stuff is worth it! It has plenty of helpful vitamins, it doesn't counteract with diabetic medications at least with mine. Try for yourself, but like I mentioned, you'll need a chaser.

This stuff is amazing! I use to itch so bad at night now after taking this for 5 days I don’t itch anymore, I’m not as bloated I’ve been going to the bathroom regularly. The taste is horrible but I bite a lemon after I take it and that helps a lot. I can’t wait to see the full results.

Received items on time. Took 2 tablespoons before bedtime and by morning it activated my bowel movement. Experience no cramping or diarrhea. Taste is awful. Poured to back of throat trying to avoid as much tongue for taste bud avoidance. Swallowed quickly and drank sips of juice right afterwards to remove to taste. Drink a lot of water. Will take for a few days and see what happens.
