First, as a retired businessman, i really dislike writing negative reviews. I understand the time and effort that goes into having a business. But in order to maintain the integrity of the review process, I am providing this review. Upon receiving this item I was initially impressed with the quality of the packaging, the construction and materials. The manual was done well. I was optimistic that I'd made a good purchase. I wanted this to work so bad that I wasted about 20 hours trying everything to get it to work. My install is in a remote mountain area without wired internet. I have 192 neighbors that have the same problem with the inability to get stable internet. I was hopeful I'd found a solution for all of us. I do have fair reception on my Verizon phone and I'm able to get about 20mps down and 5mps up. I purchased a camera/security system and wanted to have remote access to it. I purchased a Cudy sim router but was unable to get enough reception to utilize it without a little boost. So I purchased this This purchase has failed on several levels; I did a soft install as indicated in the manual. Using available apps I found the best location for the antenna. I carefully installed it and placed it towards my closest tower. I placed the amplifier as instructed, 10-meters from the antenna. I then placed the inside antenna on the next floor, away from the primary amplifier. I took digital measurements throughout the installation and I DID NOT GAIN ANY SIGNAL INCREASE. I was frustrated and tried various solutions. I then attempted to make contact with their support team. My messages have gone unanswered. I'm returning this in total frustration and going to try the Hiboost booster. I will likely document and produce a youtube video showing my journey so you can avoid the same frustration and time waste for yourself.

During stormy weather, signal towers often interrupt signal transmission, but this device's 70 decibel gain allows my Wi-Fi center to continue operating stably, facilitating my remote work. And knowing that it has FCC/IC certification eliminates my concerns about it possibly interfering with local signal towers. This is so easy to set up. It took no time. My signal is so much better at home now. Without wifi my signal would suck but since put this up I haven't had any issues at home. I would definitely say give tthis a try. It's works really well

It's doing a good job if extending the cell signal. Went from 1, maybe no bars to full! I would have given a 5 star, but, get ready to figure this out on your own. The directions that come with it are worthless. Such a good product too...good luck, but it works great .
