This what I was looking for. In arabic we call this type of ultra fine semolina “Flour Farkha” طحين فرخة”. It is used in most lebanese sweets: Kunafah, Maamoul, Kashta etc.

Thank u so very much amazon to bring this to India. I need for right from pasta to pizza to evrythng. I been lukin for this in India for last 3 yrs. Thnk u so very much. Plz bring more imported ingredients instead of instant imports things. Lik all purose flour, crisco shortening diffrnt types of dried mushroom molasses etc. Agn thanks.
