I have purchased three dolls in this series and I love them! This doll is petite and has such a sweet face. She wears hats quite well, and I think she’s absolutely darling. She’s a great gift for a child, too, as she’s easy to dress. I also bought the curvy doll and the doll with the bobbed hair, in this series. The articulation is great and they are a great bargain. They’re durable, are comprised of good quality plastic and have soft hair. I would definitely recommend them.

Cute doll. Little bit more expensive than the traditional Barbies, but they move and daughter loves them.

I love this doll. I think the Barbie Basics line is fantastic, but I especially love this doll. She's got such a pretty face and her hair is stunning. I've bought multiples of this same doll because of her dress. It has a lovely 90s look to it that works for so many other dolls and if you mix up accessories each one has a new look. It's made from a stretchy fabric that fits several different sized bodies (I have not tried it on curvy Barbie though). I think she's going to be very popular, so I'd snatch her up before she sells out.

This doll has a beautiful face, with a hair color that reminds me of later spring, early summer. So, it the spirit of Mother's Day, I changed her basic outfit, which is the concept for these dolls. With the articulation of these dolls the poses are unlimited. I love that she appears poised, sophisticated, elegant, but can look down-to-earth as well. I absolutely love this doll.

This petite, fully articulated Barbie is stunning! Her fiery red hair is soft and lovely. She has just a sprinkle of freckles scattered over her nose and cheeks. The dress and sandals are very nice. However, the dress is glued down across the chest. I haven't tried to remove it yet, so I can't comment on how difficult it may be to remove any adhesive residue. The earrings are removable, but it's difficult to remove them without causing damage to them. There is also a nice stand included. My only issue is that she arrived in a thin, unpadded brown envelope that was torn open from top to bottom. Her box was sticking out, causing damage. As a collector, box condition is extremely important. This item should have been sent with more care. I don't understand how an $8.00 Barbie will arrive in a box with padding, in pristine condition, yet a $25.00 collector's edition is carelessly thrown in a paper envelope. That's unacceptable. Fortunately, there was no damage to the beautiful doll.
