I've had it for a few days now and absolutely love it. I found the factory band to be a bit annoying to use as I could not 100% of the time get the right sizing as the band is a bit slippery. But with this velcro-based band, it's much easier and I can position it *exactly* how tight where I want it to be. The band itself is what I expected: somewhat thicker due to the material with sewn on velcro. Time will tell on how long the velcro will last. But i love it because it's more comfortable and now I wear it at night, which is great because now I can consistently measure my sleep.

Wow! A watch band that actually fits large wrists, is comfortable, and well made. Who'd have thunk it :) Seriously, EVERY watch band I've ever gotten has been at the last notch, if it even fits. As much as I love the TREX-2 the watch band sucked. I came across this and immediately attached it and put it on. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!

The books like a nice band, importunely the watch itself not so much. The pins stripped out trying to remove the old band. Double headed screw design the cheap soft aluminum stripped and could not get the old pin out to put the new band on. Problem is with the T-Rex not the band. So the band and the watch is going to the dust bin.

I've tried to order a replacement ban from this watch from 3 different sellers on Amazon each time the replacement ban comes with 2 accessories that you need to attach to the band on the Watch that they show in their pictures and in their videos on how to attach the band That you need to place the ban on the watch On 3 different occasions they don't send this the accessories to make the connection so 3 different times I just send the band back

Great watch band and so comfortable if your allergic to silicon then you need this band ive noticed that wearing the silicon band for an extended time it starts to itch and become uncomfortable i don't have that problem with this watch band and it looks much better

The band looks decent. But me 6'-2", 300lb my wrists are normal size for an adult male. The band will just fit. The tools that come with the kit are too small for the T-Rex pro. So I have to find micro sized allen head drivers to take the band apart. My recommendation........ Keep scrolling Update: I was able to modify the 2 Allen drivers to work on the screws. The Allen head drivers tapper Slightly larger toward the shaft. So I ground down the heads till they both fit snug in the heads of the tiny screws. It was sketchy but it worked for me. So far 1 day in the band seems comfortable and durable.

I bought the SMITHA band for the T-REX 2 watch. 1st I want to say the only reason I did not purchase the OEM band from AMAZFIT (which I feel is a great band) is because the bands are currently NOT available and the response I got from AMAZFIT was they don't know when the bands will be available and my OEM band was reaching end of life. I will apologize if this review gets a bit long but I feel it is important to assist new buyers on how to replace the band with the special tool that is included in the kit since some negative reviews said the tool wouldn't work. I have included pictures to assist in my explanation. 1. the tool included in the kit has 3 prongs and fits the T-REX 2 nut perfectly. 2. The band removal nuts are on the "UP/DOWN" side of the watch. 3. The head of the band pin is on the "SEL/BACK" side of the watch and is slotted to lock the pin into place, you will destroy the tool if you try to unscrew from that side. 4. Once you have loosened the nut, use the tool to push the pin outwards so you can finish pulling the pin and remove the band. I have a picture of what the pin and nut look like after removal, you can see the flat surface on the head of the pin that locks it from turning. 5. Installation is quite easy and you just reverse the removal procedure. My review is only based on the 1st day of wearing the watch with the new SMITHA band, the velcro closure seems quit strong and secures the watch firmly to your wrist. I have not exercised or showered with the watch yet so I cannot say how it performs under those conditions but my 1st impression is it should work great. Only time will tell how the band material and stitching will hold up under normal wear and tear. Hope this helps with those interested in purchasing this band.

I was right on cusp between a large strap and the smaller one, I ordered the larger one. After I added some additional Velcro, the tab secured better as it was too long (no fault of the manufacturer). The strap comes with a tool to unscrew the posts that secure the strap; watch the install video and you will be fine. This strap is comfortable and you barely realize you are wearing it for the fit provided. Very cool design and vibrant color.

Im really happy I purchased this band! Its heavy duty and looks awesome!

The strap fits well with my trex ultra and is of good quality. I did not have any issue replacing it using the provided tool. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

have had it for about 6 months, velcro no longer holds, easy to lose watch. Not constantly fiddling with it. Put on in morning and remove at night.
