I like this cereal for added protein. It is very crunchy and the texture is smooth. It is a little pricey but I don't eat it by itself. I usually add it to oat cereal with a small amount of banana or walnuts. Brings up the protein content without added sugars and adds a bit of fiber as well. I have used this brands Chocolate Peanut Butter one and that is delicious as well. It tastes great with Milk, or no sugar Oat Milk, or no sugar added Almond Milk as well. This is very healthy.

Oh my goodness. I have not eaten cereal in several years before this due to the sugar and low protein content. This is delicious and feels like I am eating a bowl of captain crunch. It's slightly expensive but extremely satiating compared to regular cereal and a 1/2 cup of this can keep me full for 4-5 hours! It's been a wonderful treat that has made staying in a deficit that much easier. Worth saying I do not take a gap; I did this naturally!

Absolutely Delicious; great quality for the price. I bought various flavors. Use as breakfast cereal & snack. Have snack & travels easy & stays fresh & crunchy. Keep in purse & refill everyday. I combined it with yogurt hence a great protein cereral!

It's a protein cereal. It smells really good. It tastes like a protein cereal, but it's good would buy again. Sometimes you just want a cereal, but you don't want all the garbage in traditional cereal, but note, it tastes like a protein cereal

This brand of cereal does not spike my glucose level. It tastes pretty good and gives the crunch I like in a cereal. Good stuff!

Catalina Cereal tastes alright but the cereal is too hard and doesn’t soften even when you soak it a while. The flavor it fair to good but feels like hard candy when you try to eat it, so I have decided to treat it as a crunchy snack. That works for me

My daughter cannot eat sugar and is very limited on what else she can eat. This cereal does the trick for someone on such a limited diet. It tastes great, is low on carbs (no sugar!), and the sweetener is not some cheap stuff that gives her stomach issues. It's stevia leaf and monk fruit extracts. It's definitely not cheap, and the company often runs out (making it difficult as a subscribe and save item), but we really feel like it's worth it, especially since it is more expensive at the grocery store (if the store carries it!). Great taste, good ingredients, not cheap, but worth it.

Its a good tasting cereal plan on buying more.
