This liquid smoke is wonderfully fragrant and adds a nice smoky flavor without being overpowering. Gutes Raucharoma
Das Zeug ist richtig gut Mesquite etwas gefälliger Hickory sehr intensiv. Ich reibe damit meine Pfannen aus (only one drop) , wenn ich Raucharoma in, was auch immer, haben will, zB. wenn ich was Vegetarisches kochen muß, an das kein Räucherspeck dran darf. Dann einen Tropfen in die Pfanne oder den Topf und es schmeckt etwas!!! leicht nach Speck, obwohl keiner dran ist.
