Detox help
I felt a difference after 1 pill! I have issues with detox so I build up a lot of histamine in my body that is so hard to get rid of. This is amazing without any side effects. I’ll keep using.

Misleading Packaging
I haven't used this item regularly enough to discuss the efficacy of it, so my review is more for the packaging of it. The bottle is so much larger than the size of the pills would warrant, so the first time I received this item, I assumed the pills were much larger than they actually are. Upon opening the bottle, I saw that the 30 pills in here barely takes up a quarter of the space of the entire bottle, so it felt a bit misleading to me. I actually said "This is all that's in here?" when I first saw it. Again, this review is for the packaging, not about how well (or not) the product works. I've bought another bottle because you apparently have to take 3 of them a day, so you're getting basically 10 days' worth. So I need to take more of it to make sure it's actually working.

Like all Solaray products this was excellent, price was great compared to other products which in this case is more important because DAO is pretty expensive

Buy the largest bottle you can find!
Stops the itching fast. Those food allergies or reactions you didn't know you would start having after 40......this fixes it. Seasonal allergies? This helps!

May help symptoms of allergic reactions that cannot be linked to any actual allergen.
This is step one of my research into supplementing a Low-Histamine diet w/ the one enzyme that 1% of us don't have enough of so that we DON'T have to be on the diet; so far, my "allergy symptoms w/ no underlying allergen" have continued to abate, hopefully faster than just being on the low-histamine diet by itself. If you have symptoms above, the diet/enzyme might help you too.
