How do you use this product?

hook it up to your garden hose apply like you see people that use liquid fertilizer, I do it backing up so I'm not walking in the wet grass. best to apply when it wont rain for a day or two best with little or no wind don't let kids or pets on it till the grass is dry. this product contains 3.5% permithin . I have watched several you tube videos on permithin spelling is wrong it seems to be quite effective. hope this helps.

Will this kill small white flies

I’m not sure but it killed gnats and tiny flying insects along with mosquitos.

No do not use on food plants, not a good idea.
