The Premium Wild Harvested Raw Brazil Nuts and a good quality. I got them for the selenium and they have 19 grams of healthy fat! They taste really good and the texture and odor are fresh. Great nuts for daily selenium supplementation
These nuts are very tasty, and a great value for the money. They are not very salty, easy to chew, and digest. The color looks good, and some have the skins still intact, while other nuts are more bare with yellow/white color. No major odor and the moisture seem appropriate for the nuts. I find that these nuts are very good nutrition for obtaining selenium, as recommended by my endocrinologist.
