If you've purchased this model, you've likely spent enough money and done enough research to know what to expect. However, when it is finally delivered and you get a chance to look at it up close, only then do you realize what an extraordinary kit this is. It's very well designed and carefully and elegantly organized and packaged. All tolerances are very close. It is very detailed and appears to be a highly accurate representation of a turbofan engine. Being entirely composed of metal alloys, it appears to be high quality and should hold up well over time. If you're like me and enjoy assembling models, this kit will deliver hours of enjoyment. I have nothing negative to say about it (although I haven't started assembly yet). Note: I have spent comparable money for other kits and can say that this kit entirely fits in that class in quality, difficulty and detail. Congratulations and have fun!

This is a well put together model, I am a machinist by trade and know well machined/manufactured parts. This model is very tight tolerance and done very well. I enjoyed putting it together and when finished is very impressive.

Boy this was a fun build!! I've done all of the engines and this was my favorite one. Helps to have needle nose pliers for the small nuts and there's a lot! I spent about four days putting it together, working on it off and on throughout the day. Totally worth it if you love building model engines.
