Does it support PC? How to play?

Hey Friend,Thanks for your question. Please note: The adapter original design for wii u / switch. Compatible with some PC emulator and games(Not All). 
And if you want to play on PC, please kindly check the below steps:
1.Switch the adapter button to PC port
2.Plug USB into your PC
3.Check the PC whether recognize the adapter
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers
4.If the PC not recognize the adapter
Check the step1 and replug PC 
Download zadig driver and retry the before steps
5.For PC platform games,  Some games may need set up the NGC buttons. And because of the diversity PC games. We Can't ensure every games Support for the Gamecube Adapter and Gamecube Controller.
6.For the emulator on PC, Your may need set up the button Mapping relations with PC first on emulator and download the correspond games from internet.

Does this work when playing ssb brawl or mario kart wii on wii u?

Hey Friend, Thanks for your question. The gamecube adapter compatible with Nintendo Switch / PC / WII U.
1.Wii U - Only support one game-super smash bros, and you need enter game by remote control.
2.SWITCH - Support many switch platform games, But GC controller doesn't has the + - buttons compare with joy con. Some complicated games feature may not fulfilled.
3.PC - Works with some emulator and PC games. As you know ,the adapter original design for super smash bros on wii u and switch platform.
