This is such a cute & compact coffee maker. Bought it for my daughter's dorm room. It came with a great assortment of coffee pods for her to try and a coupon for her first purchase of pods. As she loves iced coffee, it has a specific setting to brew over ice. The cup that comes with it is super cute too & good quality

This is for me the best thing I've ever bought for myself it cost little more but George Clooney and the company pay all the people down to coffee cherry pickers a fair wage! Now back to the best brewed coffee brewed at home NO STARBUCKSj$ 10.00 per cup ????? why blow money on that and help yourself tgreat coffees of the entire world create jobs for poor people who can be proud again not doing crime for money. I have an incredibly tiny kitchen with almost non-existent counter space. I’m also very lazy about making coffee and don’t want to fuss too much with it. I was doing the coffee concentrate thing, but that ended up being quite expensive for anything that didn’t taste like dirt. I ended up asking ChatGPT the best way to get espresso at home and it recommended nespresso- and then I noticed the Vertuo Pop and felt like the smaller size might work on my counter. I can report after having and using it for a week, it’s PERFECT! I’m so happy they came out with a smaller machine- even the regular vertuo would have been too big for my space. The coffee is delicious, I like a strong coffee flavor and I’m able to get that… very happy with my purchase and would recommend to any coffee drinkers!

I purchased a Nespresso machine about a year ago, and unfortunately, it has been one of the most frustrating product experiences I have ever had. Since the day I bought it, the machine has constantly malfunctioned. In an entire year, I have been able to use it no more than five times before it stopped working again. This is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced coffee machine that is marketed as reliable and high quality. What makes this situation even worse is the way Nespresso customer service has handled the issue. Even though my machine is clearly still under warranty, the company has repeatedly refused to replace or exchange the unit. Instead, every time I contact customer support, I am told to “fix it myself” while staying on the phone or FaceTime for up to two hours at a time. I have spent countless hours following troubleshooting steps, resetting the machine, taking videos, and explaining the same problem over and over again to different representatives — all with no permanent solution. The machine inevitably breaks again after minimal use. What I find especially troubling is that I was told if I no longer need the machine, I could send it back to Nespresso for recycling, and that they would repair it themselves. This raises a serious concern: does this mean the company takes the machine I paid for, repairs it at no cost to them, and then resells it to someone else? If that is the case, it feels incredibly unfair. Is this what I paid for — a defective machine that I barely got to use, only to be told to give it back so the company can refurbish and profit from it, while I am left with nothing? As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect someone to repeatedly act as a repair technician for a defective product, especially when the product is still covered by warranty. A warranty should mean repair or replacement, not endless troubleshooting calls that waste the customer’s time and energy. I chose Nespresso because of its reputation for quality and customer care, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of feeling supported, I feel ignored and dismissed. At this point, I have lost confidence in both the product and the brand. I would strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before purchasing a Nespresso machine, especially if they value reliability and responsive customer service. A premium brand should stand behind its products — unfortunately, in my experience, Nespresso has failed to do so.

I bought a nespresso vertuo plus a few years ago and love it so I decided to buy the vertuo pop +. I watched a bunch of videos and read reviews and most were the same being a great little machine. I read some said it didn't get hot enough but let me assure you it does. I thought I let it cool off enough and too big sip and spit it back into my cup. There was some mentions of it being loud but I feel its quite than my full size. I only have 2 complaints. One is sometimes it feels harder to lock and brew and afraid I'm going to break it. And the other I'm not sure if Amazon fault or Nespresso but reading all the information and on here it says you get 2 free sleeves of togetherness pods with the Samra option which I did not receive.

Easy to use. Absolutely love the color for my kitchen. Many options for reg, decaf, flavored coffee.

I love my new machine. It is so easy to set up and makes my cup of coffee so quick. The coffee comes out hot and the perfect taste. I like how it collects the empty pods too . It’s aesthetically pleasing on the counter also.

Perfect size, great colour. It does leak a little so after I finish a brew I empty the water canister. I like the machine.

Me encanta el color amarillo con beige se ve preciosa en mi cocina; pero además el sabor de las capsulas uf estoy encantada. Ya tengo 15 días con mi cafetera, e incluso ya hice mi primera compra en nespresso de capsulas; mis mañanas se están convirtiendo en un ritual. La recomiendo mucho a ojos cerrados. ACTUALIZACIÓN Tuve q devolverla hoy empezó a tirar agua… afortunadamente alcance la garantía de Amazon y la volví a pedir espero q no falle :/
