How do you pair the headphones with another device? I have tried to connect the headphones to 3 separate devices and have been unsuccessful.

Dear please try : 1. Turn off the headset completely. (no blinking lights) 2. Turn on the bluetooth function on your device. 3. Press and hold power button for approximately 8 seconds until you see the blue/red flashing LED lights. The headset is now in pairing mode

Do these cover the ear or sit on the ear

These cover the ears for most people.

How do you charge it?

I charge mine using my computer and USB tether it cane with. I would imaging you can also use a charhing cube with a USB port as well

I work in a plant and wondering if the noise cancelling will work.

I have found it works to remove background noise in a car and around the house. I really think it depends on what type of plant your in. A plant with punch presses and other chunk-chunk sounds, maybe not.
