I just installed this on my home automation system (HAI/Leviton) ...
I just installed this on my home automation system (HAI/Leviton) and it is working well. It gives a more reliable signal vs my old X10 TW523 which apparently stopped working after 8 years.

Brings X10 Network back to life
As advertised. My X10 devices slowly became unreliable, then disappeared. This product brought everything back, including devices I forgot were out there. When the devices started to fail, I considered upgrading to Z-wave or other technologies. The cost to do that is quite high. Investing in this device made all of that unnecessary as the installed X10 devices work fine when the delivered signal is strong, which is what this product produces.

X10 devices working again
As I moved from X10 to UPB technology throughout the years, I noticed more X10 switches were failing to respond to HAI because of noise. Changed the old interface from HAI to the XTB-523 and now all of my X10 devices are working again. Excellent product!
