They dissolve quickly and creates a soothing saline solution that doesn’t burn or irritate my nose. I’ve noticed a big improvement in nasal dryness, congestion, and overall sinus. It's salt. From other brands it's indestinguishable (exacty same down to MGs) so it comes down to 2 things, packaging and price. Good price, easy open packets. So not a 3 star and not 5 star so it's 4 star. I've had several major reconstructive surgeries with Dr saying 8 flushes a day down to 4 now for last 3 months now. I've used many brands including mixing my own .9% mix. Id buy these again. Until I find 500+ in a brown paper bag, I don't need a shiny printed box.
