This product saved my hair. I have type 3b/3c/2c curly hair, but I have severely mistreated it and pretty much sucked the life out of it. The last murder attempt was to bleach it from a level 3 to a level 9 blonde in less than 3 days , you can imagine the consequences and how burned and dead my hair looked, it didn’t fall off, thankfully, but it literally felt and looked like old doll’s hair, not to mention the breakage. I had been using the complete line of olaplex, I bought it stray from their website, but I never felt any improvement, not before nor after I bleached my hair, the shampoo was drying and the conditioner and leave-in would weigh down my hair ( I still have some left and I bought them over a year ago). I thought the intense keratin treatment would save my hair, but it only got it looking good for two weeks. So I tried this line, it didn’t miraculously restore my hair completely, but it did have it looking more healthy, it softens it and is now more manageable, it also gives it a good shine, it kept me from chopping my hair off again . I only use this two products and then some mix of natural oils, all leave-ins I have tried have left my hair sticky and weighed down. The smell is not my favorite but I guess is bearable; the shampoo is really gentle so I wouldn’t recommend it for when you have really dirty and/or greasy hair, for those times I use a clarifying shampoo and it actually gives me better results when I use this shampoo and conditioner after. Now keep in mind that not every hair is the same, so it may not give you the same results or it may not work at all for your hair, like olaplex didn’t work for me and it is said to be one of the best if not the best brand of hair care products out there

I did notice a difference in my hair texture after the first use. Love the smell of the shampoo but the conditioner smells horrible! SO much cheaper than olaplex and seems to work just as well so I'll tolerate the smell.

Smell isn’t great but tolerable. I use the more well known name brand and I must admit allplex has a much better conditioner but not as good shampoo ( leaves dyed hair very dry) On the other hand, the conditioner leaves hair silky.

This product saved my life, after buying every possible salon brand decided to give this product a chance and the results were amazing. This is my new favorite brand and I would never try anything else. Deserves 10 stars, it really works. Buy it, you won't regret it.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for several weeks, I love it! My hair is soft and noticeably smoother, and it smells great too. My husband actually noticed the shine! I'm very active, lots of outside activities so my hair takes a lot of abuse, I don't easily recommend products but I'm very happy with the results I've seen in my hair.

I have very damaged hair from bleach. I’ve tried all sorts of shampoos and conditioners. This was the first shampoo and conditioner that actually helped my hair not feel like straw after using. The downside is it smells like if you threw up after drinking peach flavored mixed drinks. The smell does not last. If I air dry I’ll notice the smell but once I blow dry and get some products in my hair I no longer notice it. When I air dry, people around me can smell it. This hasn’t undone my hair damage, obviously. No shampoo or conditioner can do that. However, the hydration helps my hair feel smoother instantly. You’ll still need other hair products but there is definitely something to be gained through these products.

Suggested to me by my stylist for my very long naturally curly colored hair. She recommended 1x a week for 3 weeks. I love using the shampoo and conditioner occasionally when I wash. Very noticeable difference. I was not able to get a wide tooth detangler comb thru my hair if I wore it down or washed it. Had alot of trouble with matting if I wore my hair down or in a ponytail. This changed everything. Use the shampoo and conditioner as well as the treatment 1 and 2. Highly reccomend

I have African American type 4 hair, relaxed with a lye relaxer. I purchased based on the good reviews, but the products did not work for my hair. The shampoo is not concentrated, which causes you to use a lot of the product. The shampoo did not remove regular product buildup from my hair. The conditioner did not strengthen or detangle my hair. The products were like any regular shampoo & conditioner and did not perform as claimed. I returned the product and ask for a refund.To me the shampoo & conditioner are not comparable to olaplex shampoo and conditioner.

This is by far the BEST non-purple or blue Shampoo & conditioner out there! I’m Platinum Blonde, was a red head but the Irish took over and in the white hair came. No longer fighting it by having or trying to keep up the red dye and if I miss it I look like a red panda so I just gave in....who knew that I have to actually thank my parents for great genetics as my hair has turned out astonishing well and that led me to the purple and blue shampoos to keep it Platinum but using them every time you shampoo is not good for your hair no matter the brand IMO, so I stumbled across this AMAZING line of shampoo as well as a 1&2 product for colouring or treating your hair that makes it strong, shiny, smells amazing and keeps my color perfect to the point that people don’t believe me when I tell them I used to be a Ginger and this MY hair now. I might throw on a direct dye for fun every now and then but it’s Platinum and I love it! I’ve embraced I’m over 50 and I have great naturally Platinum hair. JKS has a line that goes with this shampoo and conditioner that blows any “Plex” type of product out of the water! It’s affordable and wow, your hair WANTS a drink after a long day, give hit the 1-2 Plex Treatment and the JKS shampoo and conditioner. Your hair will look and feel like you had a professional blow out and no more breakage or over processed look and dry feeling to it or that YUCKY static fly away. This JKS entire line is my #1 go to for EVERYTHING when my hair is acting up! Best money you’ll spend to keep your hair color from fading, or damaging your hair and the strength and hold of a style is magic. You use very little product so it lasts a long time! Be ready to be amazed!

Wow I was skeptical but saw the great reviews and my hair is fine , over processed and brittle often only staying smooth for couple hours after shower before my ends would get all dry and frizz out. Not only does this combo smell both so good and you only need 2 pumps of each, and it actually makes my hair feel as soft as silk

Just got this today, my hair is SOOOOOO over processed, dry, broken…..I’ve tried a lot of different thing, was about to give up hope and cut my hair off, but after wasn’t my hair today with this - I’m SO STOKED!!!
