I love this water system. It was easy to install and the replacement filters are affordable. The quality and taste of the water is excellent. I have had this system for over a year and it has been easy to maintain and keeps delivering consistent quality water and water pressure. I am also very impressed with the company and customer service. When I called to ask a question about a small leak, Sean answered the phone, I was stunned to get a person immediately. He answered all my questions and offered me a quick solution to my problem. He followed up with and email about our conversation and made sure that my problem was resolved. I was so impressed that I wish there were more people like Sean and more companies like Ispring out there. They definitely set a high standard on quality products and customer service!! That's rare in todays world!!

This was an easy install. I was tired of waiting for the water to be filter on my Brita when it was low so I made the purchase. The installation was pretty straight forward and simple to do. Quality feels solid and will last a while. I did have to drill into my sink but that was easy. Just make sure you connect the right outlet to get cold water instead of hot water. Whoops...lol. did the installation in about 30mins. Straightforward and easy to do. Came will everything you need to install it besides the tools. The filters are secured tightly under the sink and to my surprise, it didn't take up too much room. I live in an older house so I am concerned about the water pressure when adding this filter. To my surprise, it didn't change anything. It actually pretty quick to fill up glass of water. I reached out to Sean because during the installation, the red C-Clip jumped off and fell into a cevass. He immediately sent one out to replace it. Quick no questions asked. 5-start customer service. If anything changes I'll be sure to update it here but so far happy with the install and the clean water.

This is an excellent filter for our family of 5. We’ve had it for roughly 5 months now, water pressure from the faucet is still as strong as it was from day one, taste is still excellent and the filters still look great. We use at least a gallon a day which was breaking the bank with our 5 gallon dispenser(not to mention this 3 stage system was cheaper than the dispenser itself). Installation was a breeze as well. We did have one minor issue with a very slow leak in the faucet, but Sean in customer service sent a new one out with no questions asked. Highly recommend.

I installed an ispring in a wet bar sink that is also connected to a coffee maker. The install was easy and I am impressed with the flow volume. Plenty for a secondary sink. I added a water softener to the third filter. It all worked great for 9 months after installation. Unfortunately the sediment filter (purple filter housing) threads cracked for some reason and water sprayed out onto our dining room floor for 30 minutes while we were not home. By the time we discovered it we had 3/8 inch of water in our dining and kitchen. I was able to shop vac it up quickly and we avoided serious flood damage. We are still on the lookout for mold. I called iSpring and talked to Sean. He was great. He thought it could be water pressure fluctuations in city water but we don’t tend to have those that I know of. He quickly shipped out a replacement unit and a regulator to help with water pressure fluctuations. I easily replaced the old filter and am back in service. I turn the water off now when not in use as a safety backup. I give them 5 stars for service but only 3 for product quality due to the defect in the threads on the sediment filter.

I'd give it 4-4.5 stars but customer support was so good I bumped it to 5. PROS: - I did a lot of research on cheap filters and this is what I decided on. Quite happy with it. - Great filters in terms of quality of filtration. If flouride is a problem for you, consider their RO filter tho. - Filters last a long time and are VERY cheap to replace - Water tastes really good - Customer Support was excellent - I like how much water comes out of the spigot - quite fast/ quick fill plus clean & clear. My prior filter was so slow. - Nice aesthetic and look above sink CONS (most all our minor and can be managed easy enough): - It wasn't too easy (or super difficult) to install but I was able to do it with my father in law in 1.5 hours and have basic construction experience but it wasn't too difficult if you have some skills - drilling a hole in our sink was the hardest part but may not be necessary for you as we have an old sink. - I had some problems with a plastic taste when I first installed it. I took it apart a bunch of time trying to troubleshoot. Nothing. I went back and forth with support for quite awhile with support and they sent me new filters which fixed it. Tastes great now. Very happy with filter and service from support at this point - With replacement filters now installed, taste is really good. This is a very minor criticism but taste could be slightly better. Not sure it's the right word, but it's very very slightly astringent (???) - mouth is (rarely) a tiny bit dry after drinking it. I add a tiny bit of pink sea salt to it and it really helps so maybe some minerals/ salt to add back in would help. But that fixes it and is good to ingest anyway. It's still a good taste and by no means a bad taste/ experience. I know their other fancier filters have the option to add minerals back in but I opted out of it so that's my bad. If I remember, I think this happens to filters that do a really good job of filtering. Then the minerals all get filtered out of the water thus leaving the water more pure - which is good. But then that sucks minerals out of your tongue when you drink it or something. I'm no expert but I remember reading that I believe. The salt then solves the issue by getting minerals back into the water and softening it before drinking. - The filtration unit was bulkier and heavier than I expected so check your under sink dimensions. It fits, works, and handles fine for me tho. But check the dimensions on the page. Mine was a tight squeeze but I should have checked that prior. It then also takes up more under sink space than I expected limiting storage underneath.

Great water fitler for the price. The three stage water filter is exactly what we needed. It does not reduce the TDS but the sediment filter and the carbon blocks really reduce the cholorine in the water and the floaties. The water flow and pressure through the filter system is remarkable. Same tubing size and dispenses filterd water much quicker than my fridge. I chose to buy this water filter because of the initial cost and the cost of the replacment filters does not break the bank. A full set of filters is less than 20 dollars! The filter system is quiet and easy to change the filters. It mounts easily to the inside of the cabinet wall and is only about 5 inches deep. The longest part of the installation was drilling a 1/2" hole in my concrete countertop.

THIS IS JUNK!!!! Here I was, trusting it cleaned my water!!!! The only thing it takes out, is the chlorine. I'M DISGUSTED, I'VE BEEN GIVING THIS CRAP TO MY GRANDBABIES!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!! Can't give ZERO stars!!!! The far right is oshmarka, the next one is my regular faucet, the middle is the Walmart brand, the 2nd is FROM THIS PIECE OF CRAP, and the 1st one is the blue bottle in back. I'M SOOOOO DISGUSTED AT WHAT WE'VE BEEN DRINKING!!!!! TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!

Amazing product and service! What we like about the product: - Easy to install (everything you need to add on to your existing sink setup is included, just need a few tools) - included faucet looks great by the way! - Doesn't take as much space as the bulkier RO systems (which we were originally shopping for, but subsequently found out we'd be ok with the US31) - Water tastes great! - Reunited with long-lost counter space (we used to have the huge Brita container sitting on the counter) - No more Brita refills, and waiting for the water to filter. Now, it's instant on. - Break-even in terms of Brita filters is probably going to be 1 year or so. So as long as the iSpring system works out past that, we're ahead. What gave us some hesitation right after installation: - There were a lot of air bubbles for the first week or so (as in, the water would be opaque white) - to our guests, it didn't look like "safe water". Turns out that I might have over-tightened the filter covers during the install (oops) - air trapped in the filters didn't have anywhere to escape. Clear water after a week though. All good! - Only noticed after using for a week that there was a little "play" at the base of the faucet. Was going to try and open it up to tighten the bolt, but decided to reach out to their CSR. Which brings us to what we liked about their CSR: Nick replied almost right away and mentioned that there was no need to adventure down that path since the faucet is covered under a 3-yr warranty. We were pleasantly surprised with a brand new replacement less than a week later. All in all, we're quite satisfied with the iSpring US31. And nope, we didn't even get paid to write this up, in case you're wondering... lol
