Only lights up in RED. Doesn’t work
I used this machine with no issues as soon as I received it. . I briefly stopped using it while in the middle of a move( it was stored in its original box during this time). And now only lights up in red and does not work. I used the exact same distilled water and not working! I can’t not reach anyone from the company and Amazon can’t help either .

The instruction manual that came with the machine is very bad.
We received the Molecular H@ generator 2 days ago. It has been working well but is is very early to determine the results at this point.

Broke after 8 months, but warranty service was fast.
Bought it in February from Amazon for my mom. Today it would not turn on and just buzzes when the power cord is removed and plugged back in. Still under the 12 month manufacturer warranty but cannot find any contact information to talk to the manufacturer. Was able to contact them through Amazon and they sent a replacement that arrived with in a week! Was definitely surprised and pleased with the result.
