Can't go wrong
Pace salsas are always welcome in my kitchen. Green top (mild) doesn't do much for me, but yellow-top (middling hot) is a staple in my house, and red top (hotter) is hard to find in my area. A bit chunky is a plus for me. On the American scale, this might be the ideal balance of heat and flavor. In northern and eastern Europe ("Ragu? Too spicy!"), people might start looking into the details of the Geneva Convention. In Thailand, you might find it next to the baby foods. Whatever you think, and you're free to think, I like it. -wiredweird
