So Far. So Good
It is hard to give an analysis of a product you have only used for 1 month. This supplement is supposed to be a health and longevity supplement, so I don't really know how to rank that as of now. I mean, they arrive on time and in the new condition described, but I can't tell how it has done health-wise. I can say that I have not had any stomach upset, and there is really no smell. However, there is a bit of a weird after-taste when I swallow them that lingers long enough that I have to have a few more swallows of water before it goes away. I haven't noticed an increase in my energy levels; it seems about the same. I can't definitively say take them or don't take them, as yet. Maybe I will know more later and will be in a better position to judge my ongoing outcome. I can say that I don't seem to have had any ill effects from the supplement, so that is a good thing, so it's not conflicting with all the other meds I take, so far. So I guess, read the ingredients list, and if you do not see anything on there that could bother you give the supplement a try and see how it goes for you.

Avoid if you have hypotension
My blood pressure is always on the lower side, but it went critically low after taking this supplement (80/53), and it felt so terrible, I had to take a sick leave. I guess that’s from Berberine that’s in the “age blend”. Exact amount of Berberine is not listed, I hope manufacturer would disclose such information. That’s so sad I have to stop taking this supplement, the main ingredients are so great

Digestive health
I purchased these after researching a few of the key ingredients that help with digestion. This product is rather inexpensive, in comparison to other more commercialized supplements i.e. (Emma); however, I have found that it works even better. It doesn’t contain the DGL or Star Anise that Emma claims to be required as the perfect combo, but this has other additions like collagen, turmeric, and fisetin which I find to be much more beneficial as far as my health is concerned. I’m an avid runner and I’ve felt much lighter on my feet since starting this complex. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
