Basic laptop for home use
This laptop is good for basic use. I did have initial problems with the warranty showing an early expiration date but the HP team helped me resolved it. Pros: 1) It has a good screen size for those who prefer larger screen. 2) It has a decent speed with multiple applications in use 3) It does come with a Microsoft 365 for a year and Office 2024 basic desktop applications for lifetime. We need to visit Microsoft website and download the package for the desktop applications Cons: 1) It took me long to figure out how to resolve the warranty issue. They should have some inbuilt faq instead of a Google search 2) The laptop does have heating issues if working for a long time. We need to keep it on a cooling pad or a desk. Hence, not recommended for high end professional usage 3) Led screen would have been a better option at this price range 4) Battery drains fast

Don't buy hp laptop because service center is not resolved the same.
Very very very bad product after few months I faced problem in switch on the laptop. Laptop is not working and again and again started but not completely switch on. Thereafter, I called the customer care but only case number was issued but the same was rejected saying that issue has been resolved but they didn't do anything to resolve the issue. Thereafter, I went to hp laptop service center Malaviya nagar as per their location on Google map. I saw that location was fake and I tried to call and the same was picked up but no exact location was provided to me and it was also said that only paid service dealt here only. Under warranty product dealt only through customer care service which were already tried by me. In the conclusion, I suggest that noone purchased the hp laptop because if any issues raised in the laptop, the same can't not be resolved easily by service centre. I wright this review after 2 week of issue raised in laptop and the same not resolved till date. I attached a photo of laptop which is having issue and I tried to resolve my self after frustrated.
