Vacuum was easy to set up and use with the app. Mapped the home with no problems. It does everything it states it can do. Gets in corners and along base boards well, goes under and around objects (e.g. chairs at dining table). Leaves a clean, dry surface with combination of vacuum and mopping. Main recommendation is to pick up throw and bathroom rugs prior to mapping and running. We live in dusty, dry area with grass and dirt constantly brought in by our dogs. This vacuum keeps the house clean during the week and reduces the number of deeper cleanings we have to do throughout the year. Easy to find replacement parts that are good quality and cheap. Great purchase.

I have to say that The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni is the most amazing robot vacuum I have ever used for my home cleaning. I am genuinely impressed with its slim design which lets it glide under my couch and beds to get all the dust down there. The suction is super powerful, it picks up my pets hair and whatever dirt, easy. The feature ZeroTangle seems to work fine as I haven’t seen anything stuck to it yet. What truly got me about this robot is the OMNI Station. The hot water mop washing and hot air drying features are freaking awesome. I love that it keeps the mop clean and ready for the next run without me having to touch it. The robot has a function that releases the dirt into a bag, is incredibly convenient. This makes the cleaning process almost entirely hands-free. There is some type of obstacle avoidance, I think it works. I have seen it navigates around my dogs toys and charging cables without getting stuck. This thing also cleans the edges like a pro, it gets around all the corners and even has a mop that slides out when needed. This robot vacuum and mop is the best I have used so far and everyone should get it now!!! It's an investment that pays for itself in time saved and peace of mind.

This Vacuum is perfect!! It cleans like its suppose to and also very quiet.. I have'nt had any issues at all with it..it does not get stuck on anything , it goes around objects.. cleans where I set it to clean.. and empties on its on.. the coverage is amazing.. very good quality and worth the money I paid for it... I love it!! :)

We recently purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 Pro and it has been a game changer for our household! It met all my expectations and more. We have 2 cats and hardwood floors and anyone who has cats knows how much you constantly have to vacuum and sweep pet hair. The suction on the vacuum is very strong and has no problems sucking up pet hair and my wife's long hair. It is able to map and navigate the first floor with no problem. The robot was able to clean corners easily and underneath low areas like my dining room chairs and couch. The vacuum had no issues moving from floors to carpet and sensed the edge of the kitchen floor that drops to the landing. The mopping feature works just as great. The convenience of the robot self cleaning the mop pads was just as wonderful. The app was very user friendly and recharging itself did not take long. My wife enjoys the fact we are able to connect it to the Alexa device as well. Overall happy with our purchase and appreciate how it gives us one less chore to worry about with our busy schedules!

I was really impressed by this robot vacuum cleaner and mop. It does a great job in removing dust, pet hair and small debris. The mopping function makes my floor significantly cleaner. Strong suction, suitable for hard floors and low-pile carpets. I like that it can both vacuum and mop the floor at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The water control for mopping the floor is well designed and won't make the floor too wet. It navigates smoothly around the furniture and its ability to avoid obstacles is better than I expected. This application is easy to use and allows me to conveniently schedule cleaning and adjust Settings. The battery life is also very long - a single charge can clean my entire apartment and then automatically return to the charging station. Overall, this robot vacuum cleaner and mop are worth the money. It makes daily cleaning much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable smart cleaning equipment.

I have had the T50 Pro Omni Robot for about 2 months. The mop pads seem to be very well made and are holding up nicely. The base does a good job cleaning them. The only complaint I have is that the robot gets hung up much more than our previous NEATO robot and the side brush is forever sticking. I have not been able to figure our IF and HOW the T50 can provide a map of the actual area cleaned. NEATO did this very well, but they are our of business now.

I’ve had this vacuum under a year and I am ready for a replacement. It works “fine.” My house does look vacuumed and clean all the time. The mapping is spectacular, and the object avoidance is decent. Here are my problems. It does not “see” low obstacles and gets stuck all the time. Things like a cat tree base, a table with metal rail base, heat registers, Christmas tree stands etc. It also is no match for any kind of loose string. It gets stuck in the short fringe of my Persian carpets near daily. Also, pet excrement- hair balls does not see it and will run it right over. BUT, it dos see fur from a cat fight and will vacuum around it. 😒 It stinks. I use the branded cleaner for the mopping, but it smells awful when it’s air drying. I have cleaned every part I am able to, but it still smells like mildew mixed with cleaner. The inside of the machine is not able to be cleaned, and it does not self clean. It just self cleans the mop pads. Which is another problem, they keep falling off! One pad falls off about weekly. I found a pad on the floor this morning because the Velcro was not sticking. Also this morning, I found the roller brush sitting in the hallway while the vacuum was tackling my kitchen. The enclosure had somehow caught on something and detached itself, along with the roller brush. For a $600 robot vac (which is what I paid for it 7 months ago in August 2025) I expected better. It needs babysat way too much. If you have no pets and only a few carpets, it would be ok.

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من 55 يوم حتى يصلني المنتج و بعد وصول المنتج وجدت انه لا يعمل بشكل جيد ( عيب تصنيع في مضخة الماء ) اي انه لا يستطيع مسح الارضيات مضى على الاسترجاع 10 ايام و حتى الان لم تصلني اموالي تجربة سيئة جداً
