My Milwaukee drill and impact set typically sits around on shelves or gets squeezed into a bag that’s too small. So, when my wonderful wife got me this case, I was thrilled. This case is seriously tough—it’s got some heft to it. While I didn’t drop it to test its integrity (I didn’t want to damage my floor!), I’m confident it’s rugged. I also didn’t test if it’s waterproof, but I’d be surprised if water got in after being left in the rain. There’s space for the OEM charger that came with the drill and impact combo set, plus enough room for a battery or two, depending on the size. The molding/foam feels sturdier than what you’d find in a board game or even a camera case. Some reviewers might say the case isn’t perfect, and that’s probably true—but none of the design decisions bother me. It’s a solid case that will likely last longer than your drills.
