yup. it's a *bit* on the bigger side. BUT - hear me out - it's WORTH it! ok, so b/c it's a little wider, it's more stable. also at ~30" wide, it STILL fits through a standard door way (just barely!), which makes it VERY convenient getting stuff in/out of your house. also, the larger wheels than the 'smaller' carts roll SO MUCH BETTER over anything. i'm gonna throw down an old piece of plywood over the bed of the cart, myself. it'll help sturdy it up AND let stuff slide in/out a bit better IMHO. this thing is *perfect* for me around the property! now, i just gotta figure out where i'm gonna store it...

After I under went my last back fusion, I broke my right arm three times in a year. One break was from a surgeon putting to many screws in the solid titanium support holding my ulna bone together. As a result of my medical issue, I’m lucky to walk across my living room. Because we have been expanding our garden area, we are needing a bunch of planting soil, manure and peat moss. This year we found a local dealer selling mushroom soil mixed with top soil mixed. I tried showing my wife and son how to use a tilt loader. For those working in construction, they will know a tilt loader by the name wheel barrow or georgia buggy. I spent 7 years working on high rise construction, as a laborer. My back injuries has kept me from moving material in my wheel barrow. When I saw this garden wagon, I showed it to my wife. The first one didn’t have a weight load that would hold as much as this heavy duty pullable wagon. I also pointed out she could take the picket sides out and use it as a flat bed. With a week, this box showed up. When she came home from work she opened the box and began to assemble our newest garden tool. The box was heavy. We pulled it into the middle of the living room and began laying out the parts. First thing she said, I’ve got a few extra screws. After she had it all put together, we were both surprised how solidly built this wagon was. The next day she had it in the back yard loaded with 4 fifty pound bags on it. It was a little hard to pull up hill on a damp uphill grassy entrance. When I got in back and pushed it had no problem getting up the hill. This wagon is used every day in our garden. Im building an attachable holder for her 3 gallon sprayer. As the plants seeds come up, we like to spray the ground beneath the plants. I joke with her an said all we need is a small gas or battery powered small tractor to pull the wagon. As solidly build, I see the wagon lasted for many years. A great addition to your backyard garden.

I was happy I made the decision to purchase this because I have a bad back and it made it easy to haul things from my front yard to my back yard all at once instead of one at a time. I holds a lot and makes it easy to pull. Installation was extremely easy and the quality is well worth the price.

Very good directions and easy to put together. Minimum tools and skill needed. The finished product is good looking and solid.

Decent for the price but won’t last a long time of real use. After being outside for 3 weeks, and zero use, it was already starting to rust. Metal is thin especially the grated metal. There’s no way this carries 900 lbs. 250-300 would be the most someone should ever place on it. Most people will never put more than that on it anyway. Definitely store it inside and coat it with metal protecting oil like “Fluid Film”periodically and it should last a while. The wire meshed sides and bottom is the weakest part. Consider placing boards over the bottom bed to distribute the weight. Would I buy it again? Probably not but for what I paid for it and with some care, I will get my money’s worth out of it.

Super easy to assemble. This is my daily little garden helper. I really like it. Super easy to maneuver, light weight, nice quality and is quite durable.

This item took me less than 20 minutes to assemble. Some people commented that the tools that came with it were terrible, but I didn’t get any tools so I used my own, which are pretty decent.. all I needed was a vice grip and adjustable wrench and needle nose pliers. My wife wanted this to use the garden so she’d have a place to sit while she weed and move around supplies while she’s working in the garden and picking harvest.. i’m really surprised of the number of reviews that said this was difficult to assemble. If it was difficult for you to assemble and you probably shouldn’t order anything that requires some assembly. This was as easy as it gets.

I bought the Vevor V500 garden cart for my wife's birthday, having assembled it one day ago. She loves it, saying it is perfect for her needs. However, a couple of thoughts on the assembly instructions: 1. While the product description on Amazon said the tires would be shipped under-inflated, the assembly instructions made no mention to check inflation nor the desired pressure. The tires were shipped with about 16psi in each. The tire itself seemed to recommend 30psi, so that is what I used, but the tire placard indicated the tire is rated at 300lb load at 30psi, making all 4 tires capable of 1200lb loads. While I inflated to 30psi, I wonder if a lower pressure would be better for a unit that has a max load of 500 lbs. It would have been better if the assembly manual reminded us to inflate the tires, and what the recommended pressure should be. 2. One reviewer complained that it takes both hands and 2 tools to tighten some of the bolts, and that is true. If one were using a single set of wrenches, it is nice that that the head and the bolt are different sizes so you don't need to get another tool. However, it would have been nice for the assembly instructions or the parts packaging to indicate the size of the head and nut so I could reach for the right tool instead of using "trial-and-error" to find them. 3. Cotter pins on the wheel post: I was taught that a cotter pin usually needs only the long leg to be bent, and that only enough to ensure the pin can't fall out. However, I bothered to test the rotation of the wheel and found that the cotter pin leg was clipping the tire air valve. I had to wrap the long leg around more than I might have expected to prevent damage on the valve stem. 4. While I don't have a torque wrench, I like having an idea on recommended torque. The assembly instructions gave no idea of how much I should tighten the bolts, so common sense (less and less common these days) had to prevail. Besides the wheels, there are 2 movable parts: the rotation of the front axle for steering, and the handle pivot point. I chose to overtighten the front axle attach point to provide a slight amount of resistance, figuring it will loosen over time anyway. I tightened the handle pivot point enough that the handle will stay in position when released. I expect to have to re-tighten that from time to time. Normally I would have lowered my rating to 4 stars with all of this, but the cart itself is so good it seemed to warrant keeping all 5.
