Lovely Bracelets but chain keeps breaking

I bought these for me and my fiance as a way to stay connected during recent business trips. They look fantastic. They function very well and allowed us to send a buzz and thoughts of each other back and forth from across continents. The only issue I have is that one of the chains keeps coming unattached from the body and no amount of relocating, adhering or gluing is keeping it in place. Both I and my partner truly love the bracelets, but this issue is not quite what I expected after only a couple of months of use.

NOT DETAILED IN THE DESCRIPTION

I've read all of the description details and it does not state anywhere that one chain is shortwr than the other as I'd never have spent this amount of money on them. I have included pictures, I'm really really disappointed and quite upset as these were ordered for a birthday gift and doubt I'll have time to return and exchange them if they are, in fact faulty and meant to be the same length and if not why was this not detailed. I never would have purchased them had I known they'd be different lengths. I am so upset by this

Works but burns you

not even 2 days in and we both have burn marks directly where the back of the battery would charge on our arms *see pictures* wouldn't constantly wear these if I was you BUT Despite reviews it actually connected fine and works okay the downside to them is once you lock your phone it tends not to work despite going through every setting and having it work in the back ground once locked doesn't send consistently.
