Good value for the money
The bracket didn't line up with the holes on the bottom of the pack exactly, so we had to drill our own to make it work. The backrest lined up with the holes (which you have to drill out) pretty accurately. The backrest rose high on my back, which is exactly what I wanted. (it goes up to my shoulder blades) Makes long rides much more comfortable. The pack was pretty spacious, we were able to pack two small bags in it and extra things on top. All in all, despite the few issues with the holes, it's a great deal for the money. It really beat taking the bike into Harley or ordering Harley parts. Saved a ton of money. Took a few hours to install as we took our time.

Lack of Quality control
One speaker mount had the hose so mis-drilled it wasn't even funny. Every thing looks good otherwise.

NOT A GOOD PRODUCT
Everything was delivered but the back rest. It NEVER showed up with the tour pack. I want to where it is, or if it's coming, or if I should just send everything back. This is just too stupid for words. The liner has to be cut and the pre drilled holes do not line up correctly. I had to do my own modifications to make this work. WILL NOT buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

Not worthy of buying, poor quality and defective item
I wouldn’t bother to buy it again do not waste your time and money. Several parts missing from the order. Missing nuts and bolds and speaker, harness, and connecting wire. One of the speaker defective/ doesn't work found by Harley Davidson technicians. And best of all no instruction at all whatsoever. and best of all no instruction at all whatsoever. I am filling a complaint with Amazon.

Incomplete...
Does not include brake lights. Thought the king pack was frenched with no rear lights. Upon delivery found numerous large holes in the back for light bar....not happy.

The rack didn’t come with your pack
I had to order the bracket separately it never came with the tour back
