A fun and interactive way to learn prenatal yoga modifications
I love these cards as a yoga teacher (and also expecting mom). There will inevitably be a pregnant woman dropping into a yoga class or asking for advice on starting or continuing yoga practice. This yoga card deck is an interactive way to help yoga teachers and teacher trainers understand how to modify for your mom-to-be students. This deck is also great for expecting moms who want to better understand how to adapt their yoga practice through the 3 trimesters. Pose cards, breath work cards, recommended sequences, and a booklet with more info including the Ayurvedic wisdom. You can tell a lot of love and work were put into the making of these cards.

The Best Support Tool for Pre-Natal Yoga Teachers
Im a yoga teacher based in Australia who is registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach hatha, vinyasa, pre-natal and yin yoga. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cards! I had been hunting far and wide to find tools that would just give me some inspiration for flows for the pregnant mamas in my care and these cards did not disappoint. Well illustrated with props, clear and accurate guidance, affirmations, meditations and even pre-made flows ready to go! There is also a beautiful booklet with ayurvedic wisdom. If you want something quick easy and accurate to add more inspiration and harmony for your prenatal clients - get this deck of cards.

Well Organised Ancient Wisdom Targetted for expecting mother but useful for everyone
The Yoga Cards are primarily targeted for expecting mother's and prenatal Yoga trainers I think even other people can benefit from it for sure. Me and my husband both learnt many yoga poses from this. Total 137 color coded cards and a guide book is included in the package. The guide is thin and would keep you entertained. You should be easily through even when you don't like to read alot because it is to the well categorised, to the point, has images and appealing print. The cards are also arranged using the numbers. The color codes makes it easier to find the poses that you are looking for. All cards are precisely categorised into following sections: 1. Welcoming Poses 2. Neck & Shoulder Stretches 3. Side Stretches 4. Spine Warm-ups and backbends 5. Twists 6. Hip Circles 7. Inversions 8. Standing 9. Strenthening 10. Hip Openers 11. Leg Stretches 12. Sun Salutations 13. Relaxation 14. Breathing Techniques Each card has the pose image on the front and a brief description of the steps for the poses on the back. The poses are also are categorised into semesters and it also mentions. The card and print quality is excellent. This is not the first time when I have practiced yoga which is why I was also able to validate the techniques and some of the poses given in these cards. One think which can be improved on these cards is that it is difficult to organise these cards as these can be easily scatterred and misplaced and will take time to reorganise. I highly appreciate the author who collated such a massive ancient wisdom these cards and booklets and this guide is definitely useful for me. I would highly recommend the same.

All in one pack from start of pregnancy through to labour and postnatal
I was a little skeptical for the price of this pack at first given the huge amount of free resource available on the internet. But actually it’s packed with a wealth of useful information for mental and physical well being all in one place that takes you through from first trimester to labour and postnatal care and probably at the cost of one or two monthly subscription elsewhere online or through apps. It’s designed to be used by beginners and also more experienced practitioners who may want to use these cards to help structure and design their sessions and classes. It’s tempting to dive right into the cards as they’re designed to be accessible, tactile to use and pleasant to flip through, but I found the accompanying book really useful to read first and despite the price, really wished I had something like this at the start of my pregnancy. The book has some theoretical chapters on the benefits of the practice, affirmations, meditation, easy to read bullets on do’s and don’ts, diets for each stage of pregnancy, and overcoming any physical challenges or pain from miscarriages, postpartum and other special conditions such as blood pressure, varicose veins, neck, knee, back and pelvic issues; all the things commonly experienced through pregnancy. The cards are definitely my favourite aspect of this pack. The cards are really good quality, it’s got the same texture of high end playing cards. They’re easy to thumb through thanks to the plastic coating, especially if you have sweaty hands. They’re also large, so a real pleasure to sit there and flick through and look at the illustrations accompanied with useful text at the pack for the pose. They’re handily colour coded for the 14 categories that includes relaxation, meditation and stretches and movements for all different parts of the body. Each card also has useful, easy to read indicators for trimester suitability, or to avoid if suffering from certain conditions. As a lady 8 months into her pregnancy and without much mobility, I love how there are cards that includes poses that are more supported without need for any special equipment. For beginners like me there are cards for suggested sequences for all trimesters, and special ones to address certain pains. As a bonus there’s also digital access to audio affirmations, and meditations. I would definitely consider their other workout packs once I’m fully recovered based on my experience with these, especially if you don’t want to be tied to any monthly subscription as the cards are designed to be reusable and enable complete customisation of your sessions.
