First i received the damage product and next the replacement was too good and it is suitable for a small family. easy to clean and the noise is less.

If you come to center point middle to run So Grinder, it will be very shake. It's not very good quality, if you come and see it, the stone comes out to run the grinder, it's very poor quality, it's not good at all.

Capacity and Features are good.However, the service provided by Butterfly is not satisfactory. There are significant delays in receiving accessories from the service center. It is understandable that customers must bear the cost of replacement parts for damages caused by them. However, additional service charges are applied for delivery, while pickup from the service center is free. These delivery charges were not communicated at the time of placing the order and were only informed to the customer during delivery, which is not acceptable..
