Just nice quality and packing is awesome

Hello all, I would not recommend this product. The dealer sent me a defective product. I requested a refund, but the dealer refused, stating that it has been 50 days since purchase and that I have used the product. I used the grinder only twice after purchasing it and discovered the defect. The issue occurred the first time as well, but I mistakenly thought I should test it again before reporting it. The product is not value for money. Additionally, the Indian plug/adapter supplied with the grinder is not working. According to Amazon's return , I still have time to return the product. I have attached videos and pictures showing the defect as evidence. I request Amazon to please review this issue and arrange a return and full refund, as the product was defective.

First i received the damage product and next the replacement was too good and it is suitable for a small family. easy to clean and the noise is less.

However, the service provided by Butterfly is not satisfactory. There are significant delays in receiving accessories from the service center. It is understandable that customers must bear the cost of replacement parts for damages caused by them. However, additional service charges are applied for delivery, while pickup from the service center is free. These delivery charges were not communicated at the time of placing the order and were only informed to the customer during delivery, which is not acceptable..
