Not possible to use the devise
I am not able to use the devise. It is lock by close password i can't get access to the system. Need help regarding this issue. Very very bad product refurbished and not serial number very disappointed with seller service very bad very bad very bad need items to be returned and get my refund . Very bad items seller not serious My return window is close it is now more than 4 time time that the carrier came and he is unable to collect item because of lack of eim number

Keyboard technical issue ( letter” G” is not working
Hello, Please note we have received the laptop, we have been tested found the letter G in keyboard is not working at all. I have received in Dubai and unfortunately before test send to my family in Egypt with one friend. Please let me know the best solution shall I bring it again to Dubai to replace OR you can send the replacement to Egypt Cairo directly.

Decent performance, with slight issue with mousepad
Still reviewing it, the mouse pad seems to have a slight issue, but overall, it works, which is something to be grateful for with used products.

Arrived with a lot of scratches. Stopped working within 2 months. Worst quality

The screen was flickering with the power saving mode/ plus the camera was also changing colors between red and blue

Have had this a few days. Seems to be in good shape for a "refurb" product. It also has a keypad/cover which I didn't expect. So far I am happy with it. Only issue at all was it took about 3 weeks for delivery. I was on vacation for part of that so it wasn't a big deal, but if you are ordering be aware of the timing. (it wasn't a surprise, I was given an estimated delivery date when I ordered)

Won't power on less than 1 month after return window
This Microsoft Surface Pro 7 won't power on less than one month after the return window expired. I would not recommend purchasing renewed products from this vendor.
