Title: Dangerous, Defective & Unusable—Caused Burns
I purchased this heated knee massager hoping for relief for my grandmother-in-law, but within minutes of first use, the unit overheated, burned through the fabric, and left small but painful burn spots on her knee. This is unacceptable for any medical or wellness device. I’m returning it and demanding a full refund—and if you value your safety, steer clear. This product’s design and quality control are dangerously substandard. Amazon, please remove this from your listings until it’s completely redesigned and tested!

बहुत ही घटिया प्रॉडक्ट है मैने दो पीस मसाजर लिया दोनों काम करना बंद कर दिया और रिटर्न का ऑप्शन भी बंद हो गया मेरा तो पैसा बर्बाद हो गया और एमेजॉन के ऊपर से faith भी हट गया भाई लोगो आप लोग सोच समझ कर प्रोडक्ट लेना मुझे लगता है रीव्यू देने वाले इनके ही लोग हैं सावधान अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई सोच समझ कर खरीदी करे.

Easy and portable
Easy, comfortable, and allows my Dad to continue to be up and about as he also gets the heat and vibration on his knees when needed. Had another brand that didn't allow for the ability to be up and about.
