Not quite blackout unless you do an inside mount but love the look. Setup was a bit much and easy to mess up but worth it IMHO

Just got it, product's quality looks good, but it is only intended for people that need vanes stacked at left hand side as shown in all pictures. If you need it to open from left hand side to the right, keeping all vanes stacked at the right when open, maybe this is not your best option. Customer service is quick!

GARBAGE! Don't buy. The instructions make no sense. Watching the videos are not helpful. Reached out to customer service and got no response. After days of reading the instructions, and unable to install it ourselves (though we usually easily do this type of project without problem) we hired a handyman. He installed it but couldn't get it to run smoothly. The panels would jerk and stall on the track. Every time we opened or closed the blinds, they would jerk and stall and we'd have to coax and pull and yank and fight with them as gently as possible to get them across. Within a day and a half, one of the panels fell off the track. Junk, junk. JUNK!

Best looking, quality, price, and customer service. I got the beige 6 panel with valance up to 103". My measurement was about 100" mounted outside. Instructions were confusing but we figured it out and it took forever to ship but it was worth the wait. Found out if u want it to open on the left u have to call and request a part. They sent the wrong color but sent the correct color panels. Excellent customer service. Slides well, wand is heavy duty and nice looking. I only really needed 5 panels in that space. 100% blocks sun and privacy. Love the quality and feel, the look is esthetically pleasing. Very happy with the purchase and price was less than $250. Velcro a little wonky on the ends but nothing some glue can't fix. Really love the product, gonna be interested in other products they sell. You won't be disappointed. Looks so much more expensive than your traditional vinyl blinds.

Difficult to install but we figured it out eventually. It isn’t the smoothest at sliding open and closed but not terrible. I would still buy this again but would go in with knowledge of the difficulty.

These blinds look great! This product could be a 5 star if they used toggle mounting bolts or similar. I used theirs and could see no way were they going to stay in the drywall. I went and bought toggle bolts, hung them back up and it was solid as could be. Be careful if you have to alter the length. The screws are itty bitty and some were cross threaded. I had to use needle nose players on a few. I needed help to put up the rail and valance only because mine were so wide(133”) I saw some reviews about the shades not sliding open/shut smoothly. Mine work just fine. Nice quality fabric.

The shades look beautiful. It took 2 people and about 4 hours to put together but the result did not disappoint. Good quality product.

Wow, that took forever to put together and install. The unit comes w the slats for opening keft, but I needed it to open right. The video online showing you just move the wand from one side to the other to change the stack is not correct at all. You have to take the whole stack unit out, turn them and then install. I like the blackout panels, but the came very wrinkled. I’m hoping that will work itself out. Also, the packaging did not include the two metal valance side pieces, which kind of sucks. I’m using the valance without the sides. It doesn’t look as clean. If you need a left side stack the it will probably work for you. Good luck figuring it out if you need a right side stack.
