I used this protein consistently for a year before finally diving deep into the actual ingredient list, and I want to make others aware of what they are actually consuming. While the price might look appealing, the health and quality compromises are not worth it.​Here are the major red flags you should know before buying:1.​Protein Spiking: The ingredient list includes added free-form amino acids like L-Arginine and L-Glutamine. This is a known industry trick used to artificially inflate the protein test numbers. You are likely not getting the full 24g of complete, high-quality whey protein per scoop that the label claims.2.​Cheap Dairy Fillers: The "protein blend" includes standard "Whey Powder." This is a cheap, unrefined dairy byproduct loaded with lactose and fats, used simply to bulk up the weight of the product.3. ​Gut-Irritating Thickeners: It contains Carrageenan (INS 407). I am using Bigmuscles Prime Protein from some days, and really it is very nice. Chocolate flavour taste very good, like milkshake only. Mix very easily in shaker, no lump coming. After workout when I drink, recovery also feeling better and energy is more. Digestion also smooth because of enzyme, no bloating problem.Overall very good protein in this budget, Indian brand but giving top quality. I am happy and will buy again.

Best protein

No doubt taste is chocolatey but its feels like i am drinking dirt. Now I don't know that is this how this product tastes originally or if seller sold me unauthentic product, I say this because authentic codes say that this is normal BigMuscles protein powder but its labelled as BigMuscles "Black series" protein powder. I have already finished half of this. I would appreciate if BigMuscles Nutrition contect me and seller for more information.
