Plus, the ability to power it via a power bank enhances its portability even further. Tips: Adjust the Refresh Rate: You may need to manually set the monitor to 120Hz by going to Display Settings > Advanced Display > Choose a refresh rate and switching from 100Hz to 120Hz. Considerations: The built-in speakers are a convenient addition but may not provide an immersive audio experience. However, they sound noticeably better than the speakers on the Lenovo Legion Go. For higher-quality audio, external speakers or headphones (via the 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth from your device) are recommended. Additionally, when powered through a single USB-C connection without an external power source, the monitor’s brightness may be limited. This isn't really a con, but more of a personal preference. I’d love to see a 2K resolution. While I don’t notice individual pixels up close, I feel like 2K would give me more room to work when scaling. Right now, I have the scale set to 125%, even though it’s recommended to be at 100%. So, maybe I don’t need 2K, but I still want it! I've been using this monitor as a flat table setup, and it works perfectly for photo editing, touch-based gaming, or watching movies and playing music without distractions, while having another monitor in vertical mode for multitasking. The edge-to-edge glass design makes touch interactions smooth, and the 10-bit display with deep blacks brings out vibrant colors. The 120Hz refresh rate keeps everything responsive, making it feel natural for navigation. With USB-C power pass-through, it also keeps my device charged without extra cables, keeping the setup clean and practical.

I bought this monitor because of the advertised feature set: FreeSync support, 500-nit brightness, and full DCI-P3 100% color coverage. On paper, it looked ideal for both productivity and gaming. After testing it, I found several discrepancies: • FreeSync does not function, despite being clearly listed as a supported feature. I tested it on both AMD and NVIDIA systems with VRR enabled and no adaptive sync was recognized. • Actual brightness measured 379 nits, not the claimed 500. For anyone using it in bright environments or for color-critical work, that difference is noticeable. • Color coverage measured at 96% DCI-P3, not 100%. While 96% is decent for general use, it falls short of what was marketed and isn’t ideal for accurate grading or design work. Outside of these issues, the panel is crisp and the build quality is surprisingly solid for a portable monitor. But I purchased it specifically because of the advertised specs, and those are not being met. Update: 31/12/25 Uperfect Customer reached out and offered a full refund without questions ask. Fantastic customer service despite issues with the original purchase. You atleast know that you are covered if there any issues with the product.Upgrading to 4 Stars. It's still a solid monitor outside of the flaws I've called out, I think Uperfect needs to be more mindful of the listings as there often advertised specs on Amazon that are completely different on the official Uperfect website for the same product. I think there will be less issues with complaints if the listings were consistent.

Although I couldn’t reach the advertised 165Hz refresh rate (the highest I achieved was 144Hz), I’m very satisfied with the monitor’s performance and appearance. The colors are vivid, and the touchscreen works flawlessly. I also appreciate the extra effort the company made to help me resolve my issue (see my original review). As a result, I’ve raised my rating to 4.5 stars—but since I can’t give half a star, I’m rounding up to a full five. Original review... I purchased a 24" portable touchscreen monitor, but it didn't deliver the promised refresh rates when connected to my gaming computer's Nvidia card. To rule out any cable issues, I even bought high-quality cables and active adapters. Unfortunately, I still couldn't achieve the stated refresh rates at 2K resolution. I initially contacted the company through Amazon but received no response. After posting on PissedConsumer, the company contacted me via email within 48 hours. However, the response was clearly generic and showed no understanding of my specific complaint, offering only basic troubleshooting steps. The company should provide clearer instructions on how to achieve the advertised refresh rates at 2K resolution, including any specific requirements. They also need to pay closer attention to the details of customer complaints when responding.

This monitor solves both issues. It easily mounts on a VESA arm, letting me use it as a dedicated screen for my calendar and email while still being portable with its built-in kickstand. It's a bonus that it draws both power and video from my MacBook Pro via USB-C, which means my setup stays sleek with just a short, one-foot cable. The colors are vibrant, and the touchscreen is a pleasant bonus when clients interact directly with the display. One accessory you may want to think about is a set of 90-degree adapters for USB or HDMI. They keep cables cleanly angled behind the monitor instead of sticking out to the side.

UPERFECT is exactly what the brand suggests; It is PERFECT for you! Being a bit of a novice with home security, I was fortunate to fall in the hands of UPERFECT while searching for a monitor that would project home security cameras. Internet searches show UPERFECT monitors to be of high quality & value & I have found that to be true as well, by setup of the monitor, use & customer service responses. Without even using an NVR to project 4 cameras on a screen, with the help of UPERFECT customer service, who sent me, at no cost, a "Lightning to Digital AV Adapter" for my iPhone to connect to the monitor, the magic happened! With all in place, the security camera app could be easily opened on the iPhone with it also being mirrored onto the UPERFECT monitor where it can be viewed at a more reasonable size. It's working GREAT! But one of the best things about working with UPERFECT is their Customer Service communication! They have reacted to my questions and concerns within 24 hours of an email sent. They are very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. The UPERFECT monitor itself is very easy to use and set up is a snap. My setup is with 4 camera views although the monitor can be set up for more than four. UPERFECT has an excellent reputation for quality and it shows while using their monitor. I'm very please with the functionality and quality of the monitor but also with the Customer Service backup that puts the package all together offering complete value, quality & support! In the future, I expect to use an NVR to project the video to the monitor. For those of you using an NVR, the set up is simple and also works VERY well. I have NO hesitation working with UPERFECT & I recommend that you work with them as well. You will be happy that you did!

I love this monitor! It's a very good quality, has great color and the touch screen works very well. It was well worth what I paid for it. I deducted one star because after 3 months, the screen started going bad. It had three lines of dead pixels that went from one side of the monitor to the other. Because of this I would have given it many less stars however, customer service really shined like a star for this purchase. I was outside of my return window with Amazon. Because there was a warranty, I decided to reach out to customer service. They responded very quickly and stand behind their products and honored the warranty. This is what you would expect from a good merchant or company. They sent me a label to return my old monitor and after they received it, shipped me out a new one pretty quickly.

Voici mon sentiment sur un produit que j'attendais avec impatience depuis le moment où je l'ai commandé, c'est un moniteur portable de 17 pouces à la résolution 4K. Je vais commencer sur l'emballage qui est parfait, l'écran est extrêmement bien protégé et livré avec ses 3 câbles HDMI, DisplayPort et USB-C Thunderbolt. Un adaptateur secteur est également inclus. Le manuel est rédigé en anglais ou en allemand et ça s'arrête là. Le moniteur dispose d'un cover protecteur qui fait également office de support écran. Il dispose de 3 positions d'orientation. Pour la partie technique, il est bien équipé en port de sortie et les boutons de réglage sont situés sur la gauche pour tout ce qui est du paramétrage des couleurs et autres luminosité. À l'utilisation, il est possible de n'utiliser qu'un seul câble USB C pour l'alimentation et l'affichage et ça franchement je trouve ça top. En revanche le fait de ne pas utiliser le second port USB C pour lui donner une alimentation externe avec l'adaptateur fourni empêche la mémorisation des réglages colorimétrique ou luminosité contraste que l'on pourrait faire. C'est vraiment dommage. J'ai cette possibilité sur un autre moniteur 15.6 pouces en résolution full HD et cela fonctionne. Pour ce modèle 17 pouces c'est dû à la grande taille et à la résolution. Concernant l'écran lui-même, je le trouve quand même un peu épais mais il tient parfaitement sur un support smartphone / tablette rotatif conçu normalement pour une tablette jusqu'à 13 pouces. Au niveau de la dalle, elle est mate et ça c'est très très bien et la résolution 4K est bien au rendez-vous. J'ajoute que j'ai reçu un écran avec zéro pixel défectueux et j'en suis ravi. À défaut je l'aurais retourné. Le réglage d'usine de la colorimétrie est tout à fait correct et on peut bien sûr le personnaliser à loisir. Concernant le rapport qualité-prix pour ce moniteur, et bien il n'est pas donné car à 390 € c'est tout de même un investissement mais je ne suis absolument pas déçu par cet écran. Après il faut savoir ce que l'on veut, tout est une question de choix et de moyens. Il me permet d'avoir une configuration triple écran avec un minimum de câble et d'encombrement surtout tout en restant relativement facilement transportable dans mon sac à dos PC. C'est donc un avis très positif que j'ai sur ce modèle que je peux me permettre de recommander. Un dernier point, j'ai contacté le vendeur pour qu'il réponde à certaines questions et il est très réactif et serviable.

La verdad, me ha sorprendido para bien. Una pantalla muy portable, con todo lo necesario y que se ve bien. Es muy, muy ligera, ara mí que viajo mucho con ella es muy importante. La funda la protege perfectamente. La calidad de imagen, es buena. Similar a una pantalla estándar (no esperes un 2k o 4k). Para trabajo en interiores, la iluminación está bien. La conexión por USB-C funciona si tú ordenador lo soporta, pero necesitas un cable que soporte vídeo (viene incluido) Si no, puedes usar HDMI y alimentarla desde un USB del ordenador o con el cargador incluido. Incluso con un adaptador macho-hembra puedes utilizarla junto a un fire stick.

This monitor seems nice. The only problem is that the listing nowhere mentions that the touch feature only works with a USB-C connection. It mentioned that the connection is through USB-C or HDMI. That's critical information that should be in bold. I may still be able to use it if I install a Thunderbolt port on my desktop, but it would be an inconvenience. Why didn't I return the monitor? Bad experience with a refund. The last time I returned an expensive monitor, Amazon sent me a refund for another cheaper item I didn't return, and calling customer service was a nightmare. Update March 30, 2026 - I upgraded the rating to 5 stars for the top-notch customer service. It is a wow factor. The company acted upon my feedback immediately. Their written communication is clear and concise—a solid company behind a good product.
