Natural hair color came back after a month or so of taking NMNH.
After a month or so of taking NMNH, I noticed that my natural hair color was growing back! That alone is worthwhile to me, and I'm happy to see that NMNH supports mitochondria generally. This product also includes herbs or spices known to be powerful anti-inflammatories, such as turmeric, green tea, and quercetin.

Beware of flushing of skin similar to niacin, well known
I also had a strong flushing at about 15 minutes, but I am used to niacin flushing so am not concerned too much, and need to contact the company about this flushing. Here is little detain at a pubmed review: "The review delves deeper into the advantages of niacin treatment for the cardiovascular system, highlighting how it can improve lipid profiles and lower cardiovascular events when used with statins. To sum it up, this study offers a thorough understanding of flushing, including its physiological foundation, many etiologies, diagnostic difficulties, and the subtleties of flushing caused by niacin. " I gave it one star as they need to let us know about flushing, but it may even be beneficial I had to change my reviews as flushing by nmnh is well known in the literature, similar to niacin, and not harmful.
