So far, so good. My husband uses a prepackaged bag. So all he does is pour in all the contents and turn on the machine. It is easy to use that way. The popcorn comes out perfect every time. I am so glad I bought this machine.

If I could give this no stars I would. When I received the product it is much smaller then expected. I went to return it and this company wants to charge $65 to return it. When speaking to the company, their response is well didn’t you read. I did read all of the information but it is much smaller then the description. If you have any doubts about this product DO NOT BUY IT!! Their custmer service is terrible, and I expected alot more with the rating for this item. DO NOT BUY!

This VEVOR popcorn maker pops up to 48 cups per batch and looks just like a professional theater machine. It heats quickly, is easy to use with simple controls, and the cart provides great storage and mobility. Cleanup is simple, and it’s always a crowd-pleaser at parties, fundraisers, and movie nights. Totally worth it!

Makes great popcorn but we had a few issues with the parts. One major issue was the hinges for the glass door were all messed up so we had to put it on upside down...It still works and you can't really tell but the overall build quality is just not that great. But in terms of the final product, it's easy to use, quick, and produces great popcorn.

Be sure to open ALL boxes and check ALL pieces before assembling. The kettle was accounted for but is the LAST part installed. Only then I noticed that the electrical safety cover on the side was MISSING. The new Amazon AI Customer Service is NO help unless you wish to disassemble and re-box the whole Popper and return it. VEVOR Customer Service is "Working" on the issue but it's been 3 days and still don't have a resolution. Update; VEVOR Customer Service couldn't find the replacement part that was missing from the Kettle so they shipped me another Popcorn Maker Free of charge. Very Satisfied.

Works fine. Was missing parts and for whatever reason it was so difficult to actually get ahold of anyone in order to replace the missing pieces that I gave up even trying to.

Worth every single penny.
