One Pot (Essentials Collection)

I was influenced by a very positive review indicating how good this book was for holiday cooking (camping or holiday cottage), plus the fact it was a well known store publication. The list of ingredients are many for each of the recipes and not the sort of things you have conveniently at hand. Maybe I was expecting too much from my original objective which was one-pot, quick fast-fix family food. The recipes may be tasty but I need to look for more successful one-pot camping ideas.

I bought this book to replace a copy that went missing; it is a super book for cottage holidays and caravans, and for anyone who wants to cut down the washing - up!
