Expensive. But as nice as you’d expect it to be.
Incomparable build quality. Have keyboards from Keychron, Logitech and Razer, and this one takes the cake. It sounds and feels amazing. No problem with double-input as I’ve had with a couple of Razer boards, nor issues with key-rollover as with the Logitech one (G915). The RGB could be brighter but it’s still very good. The screen is a nice touch. No issues with connectivity whatsoever. It is expensive, but you’re getting quite a bit for it (though sure, you could maybe build this for 2/3 of the price, but then, this is a very nice prebuilt). Tl;dr: expensive, but amazing, and the smoothest thocks I’ve heard.

Armoury Crate Bricked The Keyboard
I really wanted to like this keyboard. It was awesome. I hooked it up via USB C, worked just fine. I fired up Armoury Crate as I was sure there would be an update (which there was). That's when I ran into the first problem. Rather than upgrading the device connected via USB cable, it also required that I connect it via the 2.4GHz dongle. Armoury Crate took forever to recognize the dongle, and then it was not intuitive to connect the dongle to the keyboard. At this point, probably 20 minutes of dealing with AC nonsense and it FINALLY allows the software upgrade. It goes through the upgrade, reboots the keyboard, and never came up again. Factory reset, changing cables, etc. but no change. The software killed the keyboard. I immediately asked for a refund and ordered a Wooting 80HE like I should have in the first place. Do not waste your time or money with this.

Incredible build quality, but let down by keycaps and a QC flaw
Hands down, this is one of the best-feeling keyboards I have ever used. The overall build quality and texture are absolutely explosive—it feels incredibly solid and satisfying to type on. The chassis screams premium. However, I have to knock off one star for two specific issues that shouldn't exist on a $400+ keyboard: Keycap Quality: The printing on the keycaps feels very average. Honestly, they don't look "high-end" at all. Compared to other keyboards in this price range, the keycap aesthetics look cheap and underwhelming. Manufacturing Defect: While the materials are great, the workmanship on my unit was flawed. There is a very visible crack on the top aluminum trim (the part with the carbon fiber pattern). If you can ignore these details, the typing experience is unmatched, but for this price, I expected perfection in the finish.

Don’t buy at full price
I got the used one. It was on sale for $350. The tactile switches are a bit too clicky for my perference. I switch the switches to something more thocky. Now it’s much more pleasant to type on. The build is high quality. But def not worth the $500 retail. I also have a wooting 80 in a zinc case. For the money I think I prefer the wooting more.

Didn’t last long
After 5 months of usage. It stopped working after charging and appears unreliable. This may be due to a PCB design issue at the type c slot.

Overpriced with problems.
I had the previous generation model and loved the snow clicky keys. But the one MAJOR flaw is phantom key presses. It happens (of course) at random, but nonetheless very present when it happens. Now with v2 at more than double the price, I cannot imagine investing in this keyboard.

Very bad stabilisers and awful clicky switches.
A ticking spacebar is unnacceptable for the price. The value for money is horrible. Truly dissapointed with this product. There are keyboards that cost far less that sound far better. Pathetic.
