Its a nice base for soups, noodles etc. Got a bit of kick to it. Hard to describe the flavor,possibly a bit beefy. Lasts forever in the fridge

Good taste - 1 heaped tsp per portion. Mostly paste with some moderate-sized pieces of chopped chilli. This contains salt so best to taste you dish before adding any extra salt or soy sauce.
