This combo works to heal
So I’ve been dealing with an anal fissure for 7 months and got a hemorrhoid with it like 2 months the ago. I have tried many things and found what has been healing is using a peri wash bottle to rinse after using the restroom, hemrrhoid wipes, witch hazel pads, this cream right here and nitroglycerin with lidocaine ointment at night time to help with the itchiness at night time. I realized sits baths wasn’t working nor using it with Epsom salts for it and other ointments and do not insert any ointments like the nitroglycerin because it would just make me go again even though I just went. I hope this info helps others.

Useful to have on hand
It helped fast. I saw the changes overnight though, so not like an immediate result. For the pain it worked right away. The swelling started going down overnight and then continued over the next few days. After the pain was gone I switched to the normal preparation h. In reality other than the anesthetic part the ingredients are the same . But the price is very different. I still believe it was a good purchase and it s good to have on hand. Not sure..I wonder if I would use it every day maybe it would have better results than preparation h? But based on the ingredients I don’t believe so. Idk ..it s something to consider.

Packaging is defective! No exchanges offered?
Item came defective, tube of product was not closed durinf manufacturer and the cream was all over in inside of the box. NO exchanges allowed...??? No replacement and Amazon will not accept a return/refund neither apparently? Im totally shocked and this should NOT even be allowed... Most expensive non prescription cream I have purchased and cant use. Very frustrated and disappointed with Amazon and company Im reconsidering my membership with Amazon and their beauty products and prescriptions unless they make things right for the purchaser.
