I have tried a million types of hemmorrhoidal creams off and on since middle school & this is the only one that seems to get rid of them . Also i will order some dried prunes and force myself to eat a few of those a day . I used this a few years ago & it worked so good I didn’t need anything for a few years . It acted up again , got lax on the diet :p tried like 4 cheaper ones … should have just got this to begin with ugh well finally got it and wow I remember now the difference . Hallelujah

Let me just say, I will not be caught without this product after suffering for multiple years with a tear and hemmorids. I was so close to having surgery when I found this. Along with a nightly stool softener and a few dietary changes, this product is so good. Anytime I have a flare up, I use this for a few days. It really works so much better than the other brands which seem to make things worse.

Excellent product temporarily shrinks hemorrhoids and reduces pain starting at the moment of application. Very soothing. No wonder my Gastro doctor recommended it.

It helped fast. I saw the changes overnight though, so not like an immediate result. For the pain it worked right away. The swelling started going down overnight and then continued over the next few days. After the pain was gone I switched to the normal preparation h. In reality other than the anesthetic part the ingredients are the same . But the price is very different. I still believe it was a good purchase and it s good to have on hand. Not sure..I wonder if I would use it every day maybe it would have better results than preparation h? But based on the ingredients I don’t believe so. Idk ..it s something to consider.

This is not recticare advanced. I don't know what it is but this is a rip off. I've used recticare advanced and it is a white cream that works almost on contact. This stuff is a clear thick stuff that burns terrible when used. I ordered 5 of them and now have to throw them all out. $150.00 worth.

The box the medicine came in was all beat up and opened. The medicine itself looked fine inside but did make me skeptical to use it. I was very disappointed.
