THALOUS Bicycle Rear Derailleur 6/7/8/9 Speed for MTB Mountain Bike Road Bike Direct Mount

Nothing negative to say about this derailleur. Does everything it's supposed to and does it well. Don't understand why anyone would pay for more expensive derailleurs.

The derailleur is high quality and easy to install. It functions as a smooth shifting replacement and has not given me any issues so far. It is quiet and sturdy.

I really like the functionality of this derailleur, I performs very well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I would buy this item again. Worth every penny. Shifts very smoothly. Very durable. The chain tension is a bit loose as my chain has fallen off a couple of times.

I've never worked on a bike before. After a bit of YouTubeing. I tried to put this thing one my cheapo Walmart bike. And I was successful. Took a little tuning to get it so shift thru all the gears but once I got it on and working I can tell this this will last way better then the piece of plastic garbage that came with and broke on the bike.

Works fine... after I sorted out the Direct Mount required me to take a direct mount extension off the previous mount off the old derailleur. After adjustments, all 8 rear gears work fine in any of the 3 front gears... This derailleur looks to be a bit heavier duty model than the OEM one. Uh, yeah, I did replaced the old with the new without YouTube or using some manual...

Perfect fit, real close pre-adjustment, and excellent operation.

Paired with a Shimano front shifter and Shimano 8-gear set this derailleur works very smoothly and accurately.

After installing the derailer on the first ride it fell to pieces. The gears and parts i tried to find but couldnt. They are somewhere in the local reserve.
