Support and breathable
Comfy tear-away undies for postpartum needs. Very stretchy but will tear from nails. Better than hospital grade diapers. Still gives support of belly and without bulkiness of diaper. Would recommend you size up from current panty size to prevent tearing.

So comfortable for hysterectomy recovery
I bought 2 packs of these for post-laparoscopic hysterectomy recovery and I’m so happy I did! They are very comfortable, breathable and the material feels good against my skin. I am a US size 12 with thick 26” thighs and the XL fit me well. They fit like super high waisted boy shorts, and the legs are long enough to cover my inner thighs without discomfort or rolling up. I wear them without pads and they will last the whole day no problem. The waistband rises up over my incisions and doesn’t irritate them or my skin, and also doesn’t roll down. I had to have a catheter for a few days and these were great because I could just cut them off when I was done with them. I feel so secure wearing these and they look flattering so sometimes I just wear these with a tank top around the house and feel complete. Honestly they are one and done, they are durable enough for a day but I don’t think they’re something you’d want to wash and rewear. I can’t recommend these enough, they’ve really helped me through my recovery. I’m wearing them right now!

Absolutely garbage
I ordered my size XXL; I’m well within the measurement guide. Comparing them unworn, these look larger than the hospital provided ones however they have half the amount of stretch. The material is like paper and just shreds. I pull them up gently, but they are still very prone to ripping and splitting down the side seams. The hospital provided ones had no issues like these; none of them tore at all and are way stretchier. It sucks, because these have a much wider crotch that holds the large postpartum pads better, but it’s just not worth the hassle or money to purchase them.

Comfortable but rip easily
These are comfortable and offer support in the c-section incision area but they rip easily. I wish they were made of stronger material

Soft, Supportive & Exactly What I Needed Postpartum 🤍
These postpartum briefs have been amazing. They’re incredibly soft, comfortable, and stretchy, which is so important during recovery. At the same time, they provide support in all the right places without feeling too tight or restrictive. They stay in place, feel breathable, and make a big difference in overall comfort throughout the day. Highly recommend for any new mom looking for both comfort and gentle support.

Soft Material, but Pads Don't Stick Well
Softer than other brands, but pads don't stick to the material well.I would also size up.5'4" and I ordered medium and they were too small (worn 10 days postpartum, so I had already lost some weight and my belly has gone down).

A postpartum MUST HAVE!
Love these!!!! bought in a 2x and probably should have gotten a 3X but used all of them! GREAT for holding everything in and being comfortable enough to wear them all day even after a brutal c section! HIGHLY recommend! Just be careful not to poke your nail through them! I found sitting on the toilet and stretching them a bit worked best to get them on without ripping them!

good quality for good price
i bought these for at home after giving birth. the ones from the hospital are just so thin, i didn’t want to rely on those.these have good stretch to them but also gives some compression, which i appreciated. they fit pretty well around my belly. they stretched pretty well without ripping also. only time i had one rip was when i tried to put it on too soon after a shower, so they kind of got stuck.the only negative i have is they were tight around my thighs. i cut slits on the sides to help them fit a little better. that could just be a personal experience based on how my body is built. but figured i would still include in review for any other thicker girls.
