Amberide Kydex IWB Holster for Glock Series Handguns

Works as advertised. For the price, good product. Would buy again.

This unassuming holster fits comfortably and is high quality at a very affordable price. It has great retention, a solid belt clip for IWB carry, and has an appearance that I would say rivals comparable holsters of a much higher price point. My firearm slips easily inside and locks up nicely and doesn't take gorilla strength to remove it either. It is snug, but has enough adjustability to get the retention just where it best suits your own personal preferences. My advice is to get one. I don't feel you could go wrong. Just my two cents worth.

Nice holdster. Good retention, but not so tight you have to yank it to draw. relatively comfortable to wear. The clip grabs a belt okay, but not quiiiite as good as some other holdsters I've had. Overall, though, I've had a lot worse. If that clip was a little better, I could probably give it 5 stars. As it is, though, solid 4 stars and for price, it's a solid value. Have not used it a ton, but have used it long enough and seen no signs of wear that I feel confident it's gonna hold up pretty well. (I hate reviews in the first days or even week after purchase... I've used this for months now). I'd buy it again. It's a solid work horse.

Excellent fit and solid, adjustable retention. The cant is adjustable as well, which is important for me as I am more comfortable with a forward tilt for my carry. Price is great too. We’ll see how it holds up.

Update- added a wedge and it’s changed my rating. It now sits flat against my body and doesn’t come unclipped anymore. This is a really good holster regardless of price. The retention is great and I haven’t had to tighten the screws once in the few months I’ve had it. The only issue is there is no way to secure it tighter you your body and the clip doesn’t stay clipped onto my belt. I have a groove life belt and if I’m sitting down I have to check that it’s still clipped to my belt when I get up. Half the time it’s not. I like the belt more than the holster so I’m probably gonna upgrade soon.

Normally, I avoid Kydex holsters. My more than Svelt figure always made them uncomfortable. I also wear a 1 3/4" belt regularly and NONE of the Kydex holsters I've tried have the clip deep enough to snap over the belt. Now, with the ADD ON longer clips for thicker belts I thought I'd try again. It works GREAT! Also, I usually carry a Glock 30S (NOT the 30 which has a fatter slide) or I carry a Glock 36 which has the same slide as the 30S. This holster, for a Glock 23 - which it also fits nicely - Also fits the G-36 and G-23 without adjustment. It will also fit the 30S (again, NOT the wide slide 30) if you loosen the retention screw just about all the way out. In all 3 of these guns the trigger and guard is completely covered. There is some difference in the girth of the 30S that requires the retention to be loosened, but it still retains well and draws well. I think I hit a winner here. And, I'm surprised it is more comfortable than I expected.

I’m giving it a 5 star because it’s a simple design that works. It’s affordable and if you’re just a casual conceal carry then this will work. For more serious CCW holders I would probably spend a bit more, but it fits the gun and doesn’t print horribly. The clip is a bit wide which can make it difficult to place between belt loops but overall a good quality plastic and holster.
